Our apartment is situated in the heart of Lisbon, Portugal, in the vibrant district of Estrela. This historic neighbourhood is known for its charming streets, traditional architecture, and a mix of cultural attractions. The location provides a blend of residential tranquillity and proximity to Lisbon's lively city life.
Estrela is home to the iconic Basilica da Estrela, a stunning church with beautiful gardens. The neighbourhood is characterised by its picturesque squares, local shops, and various dining options offering authentic Portuguese cuisine. Residents and visitors can stroll the charming streets or relax in nearby parks.
The central location of our apartment allows for easy access to Lisbon's main attractions, cultural sites, and public transportation, making it a desirable and convenient place to live or stay.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Restauradores, is just a 5-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
