Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Lisbon, such as the Arco da Rua Augusta, the Sé de Lisboa, and many good restaurants scattered around the area.
This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a four-person dining table where you can eat with loved ones.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook delicious meals.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second and third have a single bed. All bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

São Vicente's proximity to Alfama ensures that some of that 'soulfulness' carries over. As this neighbourhood is almost entirely a hill, high spots with breathtaking views are everywhere.
For many, São Vicente is known for the Feira da Ladra or 'flea market'. Year after year, Tuesdays and Saturdays have drawn residents and tourists to the Campo de Santa Clara, a market for antiques, clothing and used objects. In the middle of the excitement and noise, a quiet cup of coffee or lunch is available on the terrace at the Clara Clara kiosk in the walled Jardim Santa Clara.
At its height, we find the Mosteiro de São Vicente de Fora, a church and convent from the end of the 16th century and one of Lisbon's most impressive buildings. Lower on the hill is the Panteão Nacional, majestic in its Baroque architecture and housing the tombs of some of the greatest names from Portugal's past. Excellent views from its steps cover the old town down to the Tejo River.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram stop, Sapadores (line 28E), is just a 10-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
