Excellent Hotel in Lisbon

We stayed five nights, and felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Very closed to the subway station and located in a perfect place for sightseeing, but not noisy and busy atmosphere. Breakfast was also great. On the last night we told the clerk we would miss the breakfast tomorrow to catch the train to Porto early morning, and she offered something to drink. Next morning the fresh orange juice was prepared for us. Very warm treat!!!

All the staff were always available to help out in any way. Super friendly and warm. Highly recommend staying at these properties!! Beautiful properties, wonderful breakfasts and very homey feeling!

Loved Bordalo House. The building is very pretty and historic. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony looked over the restaurants and street which was nice. The staff were very helpful. The o ly downside was that we could hear the people above us in their apartment walking around. I would still stay here again. It was in a safe and convenient location.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is so central and close to so many tourist attractions. The room is clean and charming, also well sound proof. Even though there is a square outside with lots bars and restaurants, I couldn’t hear the noise much. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing lots of local know how. When I needed to leave early in the morning for a side tour and would miss the breakfast, a staff prepared a mini-breakfast for me for next morning.

It was in the heart of Lisbon with great restaurants. Close to the Old Town with easy access to the New Town. It us an older building that has been well renovated. Grat high ceilings and original shutters and doors. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was superb with a broad choice of options.

Great location and staff, poor room

This is what we loved about the hotel: The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The shower and water pressure were good. The size of the room was ample and the decor was beautiful. This is what could use improvement: The room (red room) looked beautiful and was isolated from street noise, but had a few issues. The bed and pillows were just okay. I could have used a lighter weight blanket or a sheet. There is no courtyard or view at all, which makes the balcony pointless. The room is next to the breakfast area, so it would be a poor choice unless you are an early riser as dish noises start around 6:45. Worst of all, the air conditioner seemed to pump in a sewage smell. We checked the bathroom and it smelled fine. Outside smelled fine as well. The staff attempted to remediate the issue by covering the smell with a spray perfume, which sort of worked, but by the next morning, the room would smell again. The last night we avoided using the air conditioning, and that seemed to help. I would consider staying at another property from this company because of the staff, but I would not stay at this property or in the red/pink room again.

Ótima localização e atendimento! Otimo pra casais

Super bem localizado, Poucos minutos caminhando até os principais pontos turísticos, lojas, restaurantes. Quarto super espaçoso, com chinelos, roupões, cafeteira e água. Café da manhã com poucas opções, mas super suficiente. Catarina nos recebeu dando várias dicas e sempre muito atenciosa. Hotel é pequeno, não funciona 24hs portaria. Mas vale super a pena ficar lá.

Very nice small 'boutique' style hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfasts and really quiet despite being in a great location close to Chiado underground and a couple of minutes walk from the Bairro Alto area with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice individual touch at the end of our visit with a hand-written letter thanking us for our stay. The breakfast was good and kept well topped up. The linens in the room were nice and clean but some of them were a little tired with some frayed edges on the towels.

나무랄데 없이 좋았습니다! 5성급 호텔에 맞먹는 룸컨디션이었어요! 한 가지 미미한 것은, 방 안에서 디퓨져 향이 나는데 그게 조금 머리아팠어요! 그리고 아침식사 시간이 되면 키친 바로 앞 방이라 조금 소음이 있었습니다. 그래도 푹 쉴 수 있었고 겨울에도 따듯한 숙소였습니다❣️ 룸 컨디션은 물론이고 직원분들이 친절했으며 무엇보다 방이 따듯해서 너무 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 나머지는 다 좋았습니다~!
