"The lobby staff and bar Starr we're all fab, very helpful and friendly. But the images on Hotel.com that led us to boom this location are SO misleading. Our room was tiny, dingey and nothing like the advertised imagery. The first room was a real shock, no light at all, we asked to be moved and the second wasn't much better. It's meant to be self catering but it was so small there was only room for one chair at the table and no way to walk last it. A crazy rip off in price compared to what we were lead to expect."
