Quaint spot in one story walkup they were so nice to let us check-in early great outdoor dining outside the area is popular so little noisy early morning

The property is located very close to "pink street" which remains noisy up to 4am, and then the traffic noise starts around 7am, so overall this is not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper, and affected by noise. The positives about this property are that it is very convenient for multiple bars and restaurants, well served by public transport, and within walking distance of a few memorable Lisbon highlights. A criticism is the guest house does not have bag storage options after check out. I assumed incorrectly that i could leave my bag in the unmanned reception and collect later. On collection of the bag I found the reception was manned and was informed i was not permitted to leave my bag. I think bag storage is an essential so am disappointed by the lack of this option

Provides the basics—bed and a bathroom across the hall. Just a heads-up, the photos didn’t quite match what the hotel looked like in person. No AC, but they do provide a fan. It’s May right now and it still got pretty warm even with fan, so just something to keep in mind.

Such a great location. Being within close proximity to Pink Street on a Saturday night made for a very memorable experience. Also, the simplicity of the room made me feel like I was staying at an artist’s loft, which was an incredible feeling.

The check-in went smoothly ad efficiently. The receptionist, Innis, was extremely friendly and hejpful. She patiently answered all questions and readily provided all the information a traveller would want. She even booked an Uber for me to take me to airport. Room and bathroom were vey clean and the metro and bus terminus were a few minutes walking distance. The place was full of. dining and drinking options

The photos used on the booking site are either doctored or from somewhere else. The property is in bad shape. Floor tiles are cracked and dangerous. The area around is filled with drunken people partying all night, really. They were still shouting and drinking at 4:30AM. We rented two rooms advdertized as Superior Double rooms. Mine had a very bed and matress, curved upward and so uncomfortable. The room had no side tables (just a metal bookshelve, and a cheap wheeled coat hanger. No AC, just a clunky fan. Our friends' room had a better bed, but an dinkier fan on the floor. The only window was stuck shut. The common kitchen was a total mess. We saw cockroaches many times in the morning. Our private "bathroom" was small, dirty and moldy. My husband is 190cm and 120kg. The shower barely was large enough for him to move his arms. I'm not showing pictures since we left at 4AM and we did not want to bother other guests. In a word, delist this property. I have never been in such a dump.

Very good location in the heart of Lisbon - close to the main streets with souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. The room is in a quiet building next to the busy streets. Everything needed for a short/long stay - coffee, common kitchen, good wi-fi connection, hair dryer, iron, etc. Easy contactless check-in/check-out process and polite and responsive receptionists.

The Give you 100% Privacy

Excellent location next the to busiest street in the city. Where in the world would you find a place so cheap in the busiest area of the city but it needs s lot of improvements Guys please improve the hotel so you can put the prices up. I will be happy to pay €70 a night to stay if improved. Very lovely people and thank you so much A lot of love

The staff were excellent. Lisbon is such a beautiful city. I’d be happy to stay here again, although I’d probably get a suite instead of the shared bathroom. If you’re not a sound sleeper then bring earplugs because it’s a party area and you’ll hear people down in the streets until the early morning. But if you’re a party person then you won’t find a better place in the city.

The area has nightlife going on until 2am.The location is central, but has many stairs and hills until you get to the property. No elevator in the building.

Great location & price. The receptionist could do with more charm but overall a great price quality range. This place is next to the pink street the most crowded area for young party goers, so if you're sensitive to noise avoid this place. If not go ahead!!
