This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center, with plenty of restaurants, attractions, and things to do nearby. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to assist with any of our needs and made our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to Leandro in Guest Services. He was incredibly attentive and would even call our room to check in, make sure everything was going well, and ask if we needed anything. His outstanding hospitality really made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service.

Family friendly hotel with very good facilities. We used two of the restaurants, the rooftop bar and the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. Location is close to the Metro which makes it easy to travel around the city.

Very nice hotel, the location is the best, near to everything, especially the old town. I coud do everything walking or using the eletric rentend stuff. The breakfast is very good, with lots of options to eat. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The restaurants at the hotel are great too!

This is the best hotel to go with kids. We arrived to a bottle of wine and snacks for our daughter. On my birthday, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a small cake. In our check out, they gave me daughter a gift with activities for the plane. The staff is amazing.

This is a really good hotel. It’s in a good position for exploring Lisbon. A taxi from the Airport is about 13 euros. There is a fitness centre and a spa with a swimming pool. We really liked the rooftop bar! We were not too impressed with the breakfast however. In our two previous five star hotels we had omelettes and lots of other egg options made to order. That’s really the only negative to say about this hotel.
