"Honestly, things were overall ok, except my room had a drip coming from the inside of the toilet tank that dripped all night long which was very annoying and made it difficult to fall asleep. Also the bed frames squeaked with any movement on the bed, also pretty annoying and noisy."

"The staff was very welcoming at check in and throughout our stay. Excellent food at breakfast and we enjoyed our time at the kickback. "

"We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. "

"All the food was horrible! I tried several items at different times of the day and even desert, all barley able to choke down, one totally unable to eat sent back. Do Better, we don't stay at 4 stars to have to walk to another hotel for food!"

"Location of this place is top notch especially if you plan to go to any sporting events down town. It's close enough you can walk to everything but still off from the main strip so that it's not super noisy. The gym was being renovated and it will legit be the best gym in Minneapolis."
