「My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. 」

「This place was in a quaint location. Super quiet and close to the beach. Very clean and spacious. Very well maintained and overall amazing. Kitchen was very well equipped! Manager was so nice and welcoming. There’s even a store a couple min walk away for groceries. Bus stop was a short walk also and a short commute into downtown Edinburgh. 」

「We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street. 「With a “Red Weather” warning in place we were not able to travel to this accommodation, so this review isn’t about the accommodation, it’s more about the booking and cancellation.We contacting the management company the day of Storm Éowyn (our check in date) to explain that based on police advice we could not drive/fly to the accommodation, they refused to look at any alternatives and simply told us it was our problem! So they took our money and left us high and dry with no consideration or...

「The property was clean and pretty much as advertised. Note there are not four queen size beds but 2. The cutlery could do with being changed too as it is cheap and not fit for purpose.」

「Property was old and dirty the house was a stink. The room was a very smoky of food they were no splendid and full of humans here, The floor was a sticky. I didn’t feel safe because there was a two German Shepherd dog inside the house. I had to ask if it’s okay to get out of the room. I only stayed for one night and I paid for 3 nights.that wasn’t fair.」

「To 94DR, wow what a wonderful vacation for our family in Edinburgh. The property is even more stunning in person than on VRBO’s website. Located just south of the heart of Edinburgh it’s loaded with all the niceties one expects in a 5-star listing. 「We enjoyed this Scottish “steading”. It was a charming farmhouse attached with other houses. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when we first got there. The house was plenty big enough for the 9 of us. The only downfall was the very slow Internet. But that wasn’t the fault of the owner. The house was about a mile outside of town which made it a very quiet stay. 」
