「Absolutely beautiful property. Stunning. We are traveling all around Vietnam and wish we could stay here the entire time because the room or suite was fabulous. Our balcony view was breathtaking. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. I would absolutelyStay at this property again.」
「due to holiday, they stucked us on the basement with no a/c. We couldn’t open the door as it has Publlc access to the garden. the bathroom floor mat was filthy. No separate shower drain. I would never return here. 」
「Terrible because the hotel staffs let us family of 18 people 6 family rooms stayed mostly at the basement level rooms with the rooms’ views are bricks surrounding. We asked for the higher level rooms but they said all the rooms have been reserved for the group tours of 30-50 people. In general, basements generally are not designed to make guests’ rooms but cars’ garages. 」
