Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der grüne Garten wunderschön. Der Eingang ins Haus und dasTreppenhaus sind allerdings sehr runtergekommen, mit deutlichen Wasserschäden. Das trübt den Gesamteindruck ein wenig.
