"This hotel, particularly the outside appearance and the large comfortable lobby, reminded me of an older Southern hotel with lots of character. Breakfast room was large and had a variety of offerings, the pool was well kept, front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the rooms were very comfortable. I am very satisfied customer!"

"The best breakfast so far in USA (three weeks in, LA to Chicago) fresh fruit fresh scrambled egg, sausage Bacon, yogurt, bagels, cereal, everything really. So helpful at the desk, we got a puncture and they let us use their phone to arrange a replacement car. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom nice with shower gel. Walkable to all the Springfield attractions. Highly recommend, couldn’t fault it."

"Clean and well maintained property. Very helpful staff. Didn't eat at their restaurant as I wasn't in the mood for pizza. Comfortable bed and quiet room. The complimentary "breakfast" was mostly packaged pastries with loads of saturated fat. They did offer cereal and a little fresh fruit, but I found no protein options. Overall, great value on the room, but don't count on a hearty breakfast."

"This was a great place for what we wanted - a place where my 19 and 22 year old could have their own bedroom and a place that wouldn't break the bank. Okay, the landscaping could be worked on - but the inside of the house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. We couldn't find towels, I texted the host and within a couple of hours a bag full of towels appeared."

"Four generations of our large family had a lovely time at Three Pines this weekend. The house was a great place with abundant space and supplies for us to prepare meals, play games and make memories. Aubrey was very kind and responsive to any questions I asked. 10/10 we hope to stay here again!"
