My main criteria for a hotel are : quiet, clean, free and fast breakfast, free parking. Yes, I know Marriott's normally only charge a nominal fee for parking - but it offends me. So this hotel was perfect on all counts. The guy who checked us in was also friendly and informative.

We were very happy with our stay here. We went to an event at Bally's Casino, it's a 10 min drive. The hotel staff, both Saturday and sunday are very friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent! Highly recommend.

This property is fantastic! We ended up here after leaving a terrible sketchy Hilton nearby. This hotel was clean, safe, amazing staff, and amazing comfortable rooms. The staff really were amazing. The breakfast attendant even offered to get me so many things to take back to my room for my sleeping family, even though breakfast was ending. I can be very picky with hotels but the Residence Inn never disappoints and I would definitely stay here again.

We were only there for a 1 night stay but would have comfortably spent 2 weeks there! My wife, our son, 2 dogs, and myself were very relaxed in the spacious impeccably clean suite. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay, great location, chosen for our event at Twin Rivers Casino. clean and friendly hotel, good staff and great breakfast. the only drawback, and not adding as a negative review, was the TV in our room was not connected to local cable, so no access to TV for news or entertainment. But such a short stay, not a big deal

Great breakfast, workout room and even had a basketball court. The pool was heated which was nice, however very slippery when wet. My daughter slipped and hit her head. the rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit my son at Bryant University

In my opinion the hotel is not up to Marriott standards of the past. Cleaning crew did not clean our room properly, had to tequest a do over. Arrived earlier called when we landed ti requested early check-in was told just show uo we can probably do it, ended up having to wait 3hrs for them to get a room ready..so no, no early check in. The hallways werexa bit smelly, during their cleaning efforts, but did seem to get better over time. I won't be staying at the property in the future. Run down and disappointing.

Easy on and off major highway, but no highway noise. Beautiful parks in the area for walking, kayaking. Friendly staff, very clean interior, quick and efficient check-in. 24 hour coffee and tea plus afternoon cookies!

It was a comfortable place to stay, wish they could do something abput centipedes in bathroom and as i was sitting by the pool, a hard shell circle bug fell down my bathing suit. I hate bugs!!

Un authorized charges Fraud
My wife and I just wanted to get away for a romantic weekend to relax. We booked the room through Hotels.com and paid in full. When checking in to the hotel they took my card and said it was just a temporary charge of $200 for incidentals. We did charge $4.95 for their premium internet since the free one was worthless. So today I see they charged me $332 . I call the hotel directly and they say they can't find the charge. They are completely incompetent. When we checked out it even said $4.95 on the bill. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Relaxing romantic get away turned in to a pain in the rump. 'd stay away from this place

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very up to date. We had an issue with the tv in the bedroom and got transferred to another room. The maintenance man Sean did everything in his power to make the tv work and he couldnt but he made sure that we got transferred to another room for the duration of our stay which was excellent.
