Charming 2-bedroom house with WiFi, AC in peaceful Lincoln

Discover this marvelous 2-bedroom gem in Lincoln. This cozy house features 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, you'll feel right at home. The living room offers 2 queen beds for extra sleeping space. (sleeper couches) Enjoy amenities like heating, AC, big screen tv, a washing machine/dyer, a collection of Nicholas Sparks books and WiFi during your stay. We also have boat hook ups for charging batteries.

Pets are welcome. However, please disclose the size of pets (dogs and type) before bringing. I really just want to know so it is not a surprise. Sorry to say there may be Reasonable extra fees. (Cleaning or extra insurance needed to be purchased.) We Love Dogs and I have one and I know sweet little Dashie Ollie causes messes. :) Please remember Lincoln has leash law; please use your leash for the pet's safety and laws.

We want to welcome visitors to our home nestled a few miles from Lake Logan Martin and the Talladega Superspeedway and a short drive from Cheaha Mountain State Park. This a Family home that we have recently renovated for the purpose of allowing others to rent for vacation purposes. The home is a two-bedroom, 2 bath home with two sleeper sofas which will allow 8 persons to stay.
Lincoln has several events that would allow visitors to enjoy the convenience of our home. Lake Logan Martin and Talladega Speedway are about 5 miles away. Lincoln Landing hosts many bass tournaments annually also about 5-6 miles away. Logan Martin is known as the “Lake of a Thousand Coves by locals, has 275 miles (443 km) of shoreline along its 48.5-mile (78.1 km) length sandwiched between Logan Martin Dam on the south and Neely Henry Dam on the north. The depth of the lake is 35 to 110 feet (34 m) with only five feet average water level variance.” Large numbers of both largemouth and spotted bass inhabit the lake, as well as striped bass, white bass, hybrid bass, crappie, catfish (mostly of the channel variety), and bream.


Lincoln Landing is complex for launching bass tournaments and picnics also July 4th and New year's firework displays


Lincoln is also home to The Talladega Superspeedway 2.66-mile (4.28 km) tri-oval, 16.5 -33 degree turns, asphalt superspeedway since 1969.

Lincoln has the Lincoln Park complex (Holly Hills) that has several baseball tournaments per year which is 1/8 mile from our home. Mosley Park in Lincoln hosts Pickle ball tournaments and it is only 3 miles away.

Lincoln is also the home to CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park.

Grand Rivers Tanger Outlet and Bass Pro shops in Leeds on I 20 W 31minute drive.

Lincoln has a few family-owned restaurants in the area like Rick's Crossroads
77 Fish Market and Blue I bistro across the railroad track in Old Lincoln

Oxford Alabama is about 20 miles east of Lincoln. Oxford has several restaurants Olive Garden, Longhorns, Texas Roadhouse, and Fugis' and Yume' Japanese. Big Time Entertainment

Pell City Alabama is 12 miles west of Lincoln. Pell City has a Premiere LUX Cine Bowl and Pizza Pub, Outback, Olive Garden and Long Horn's and City Market buffet restaurant and family-owned restaurants.

Cheah State Park is a short drive away for those that like to hike and see beautiful scenic views.
