「All correspondence with hosts was through VRBO messaging & they were very efficient in making sure we got all the information we needed to stay comfortably. The location was perfect for us because it was centrally located near places we decided to go to. The one-bedroom, one bath home was clean & had some complimentary items, extra bedding, towels, & cookware we could use. The neighborhood was quiet & easy to get to with plenty of parking outside to park. Will definitely stay here if we return...

「Thank you Justin. We had a little trouble finding the place because the Vrbo site was having problems and we didn't receive the information from them but aside from that everything was fabulous. Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay.」

「Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! 」

「We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay, from the graciousness of our hosts and accomodating our kids and g’babies in the pool and with the farm animals - collecting eggs from the hen house, feeding the goats, picking fresh fruit from the abundant fruit trees - our hosts created a warm and welcoming place for our family to visit together. We look forward to a return stay!」

「Beautiful, well maintained home and property equipped with everything you need and more. Gorgeous gardens, fresh eggs await in the fridge, BBQ options galore and beautiful pool to swim in and relax by. A hidden gem in the quiet, county setting. Highly recommended should you find yourself in the Auburn area. 」

「Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. 」

「My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! 」

「From arriving to leaving we enjoyed every second we were at the Squirrels Nest. The exterior and interior were amazing!!!! All amenities were in tip top shape. The place was spotless!!!! The atmosphere felt so serene and peaceful. The bed was amazing!Highly recommend!!!!!! 」
