The house is great. Very clean. The kitchen is amazing. There is plenty of counter space and dishes of every kind. The ocean view is incredible. It was very peaceful and relaxing to be able to hear the ocean while hanging out in the hot tub. The house is on a dead end street, so there's minimal traffic going by the house. The beach isn't as close as I initially thought, though I missed it in the listing. It's about 500 feet down the street from the house, then down a winding staircase with many stairs. The toddlers managed. There are several baby gates at the house, and several child-friendly dishes in the kitchen. The back yard is very nice, though we didn't spend much time there. The living room and front deck are very nice when not at the beach. Checking in was not that smooth. I was attempting to get an early check-in, and had been in communication with the host, but didn't end up hearing one way or the other. We showed up about 45 minutes early, at the same time as an employee doing his final check on the house. When he left, I thought we were clear to go in, but my code didn't work until 4pm. I had to call to get a backup code since the house was actually ready. Everything else was fine though. They have a strict "no early checkout" policy, so you need to be out by 10am, but you can pretty much just pack up and leave.
