Simple rooms, great for a basic stay. No aircon, but rooms are sufficient. The area is a little out of the city but still walkable around 30-35 mins. Safe area and it’s reflective of what you pay. Staff were nice

Good: Our room is great and kitchen has adequate utensils. Room is clean. Bad: we stayed for 5 days and we only have 4-coffee filters for 3 people at check-in. You have to pay 1£ each if you need more for the rest of your stay. No hot water for 1-day and toilet just stopped working but staff fixed it right away.

Team of 34

We were a team of 34 young people. But the entire team made us feel very homely. The facility was about 23 minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal. The building itself is not that old, it has been maintained well. Breakfast was good. On the downside, the rooms had no air conditioning. Mobile fans though were made available in each room.

Good hotel - but needs a little refresh

Fair hotel within walking distance to the town centre. It appears to be going through a bit of a refresh - which is needed as some of the carpets are dirty and worn. Once these items are updated - I think it will be a decent hotel.

Not a good choice

Old hotel, no possibility to have fresh air in the ground level. Old furniture.We arrived during a very hot day and the room was closed for some time, so the temperature was probably about 40. Bathroom smelled chlorine chemistry. We shortened our stay to 1 night (instead of 2), and we didn’t regret, although we paid for 2.

Not the cleanest hotel

Room was not very clean and when requesting a clean up was told its only cleaned once a week , i had to keep requesting clean towels and equipment daily as there was no house keeping

Really annoyed that I couldn't open the windows or balcony door to get fresh air, and they had used some kind of spray or powder on the carpet and it was so pungent that I struggled to breath. there was no bar or beer for sale either.

La chambre est très propre est fonctionnelle car elle se présente comme un studio. Le petit déjeuner est complet est adapté a tous les goûts. Cependant j'intègre la chambre en saison d'hiver la présence de chauffage est au top.
