お部屋は広くて、普通にきれいでした。ごたぶんに漏れず空調が効き過ぎ。細かな調整はできない。一番最悪だったのはバスタブがないこと。ないのです。シャワーだけです。最低です！　いろいろで冷え切った体を温めるすべがありません。３晩もバスタブなしは日本人にはきついてす。バスタブのある部屋に変えて欲しいとお願いしましたが、「どこの部屋にもない。」と断られました。部屋まぁ、いいホテルですが、次からは選びません。バスタブがないことを表示して置いて欲しいです。

リゾートホテル

価格のわりに綺麗で快適なホテルだった。ビーチにも近い。ビーチは波が遮られているため、ファミリーにも適している。プールも静かで落ち着いている。

メインレストランの朝食がイマイチでした。ただ、スタッフの対応は非常に良いです。部屋に忘れ物をしてしまい。ワイキキのホテルから連絡したところワイキキのホテルまで郵送で届けていただきました。大変ありがたかったです。これからも安心して宿泊出来るホテルとおもいます。

カウアイ島を感じたいのならお勧めします。

このホテル3回目です。初めての時にkumuhulaがこんなに素晴らしい土地にホテルがあるなんて！と絶賛でしたのでメイを連れたり、今回は友人と。カウアイ島初めてでしたら1回はここで良いのではないかと思います。途中、水道が壊れた、理由も回復もわからないという夜から翌日までを過ごし、夜に戻っても直っていなければホテルを替えようと話していたのですが、修復していたので安心しました。友人は日が経つにつれ、気に入って来たと話しています。お部屋の位置が良かったので、毎朝朝陽をお部屋から眺められました。コテージやオーシャンビューではないお部屋ですとこの感激は得られませんでした。宿泊数分のドリンクチケットもらえました。レストランは１つしかなくお食事も毎日では飽きるかも。周りにも歩いて行けるお店はなくコンビニもないので車かタクシーです。パブリックのゴルフ場がすぐ近くにあり車で3分。打ちっ放しの練習場も整い素晴らしい。朝食は毎日同じもののブッフェですがまずくはない。ランチはやっていないのでレンタカーを借りるまで困りました。お部屋は毎日綺麗にしてくれて、チップに色々なthank youのメモを残してくれて和みました。レンタカー借りるし、下手なゴルフしたい我々は次回も来る機会があればこちらを利用すると思います。

ビーチが目の前に

カウアイ島に初めての滞在でした。客室は清潔で快適です。また、ホテルのすぐ前がビーチなので、泳いでからすぐ部屋に戻ることが出来るのも便利です。

古いホテル

1階のオーシャンビューの部屋に泊まりましたが、フロントロビーが二階なので、一階に行こうとエレベーターを探すと上には行くけど下には行きません。仕方なく階段で一階に下りました。シャワーを浴びて、タオルを使うと酸っぱい匂いが鼻をつきました。ヒルトンホテルなので少しは期待したのですが、ガッカリでした。

Bel emplacement, mais petite déception à l'arrivée: la chambre était moins belle qu'on le pensait. Les photos ne sont pas un bon reflet. Il y avait de la moisissures dans la baignoire et la salle de bain était défraîchie. Surprenant pour un Hilton. Cependant, le personnel a été très courtois et les lieux sont fantastiques. Globalement, on a apprécié malgré la déception.

The room we stayed in had a portable AC with a large tube taped to the window. The paint was chipping and it was dirty. We moved to another room and the air conditioner didn’t work. We were shocked that this was a Hilton and that the total price was 400 a night. It needs a serious overhaul. We were beyond disappointed!

Only stayed for the night. Enjoyed the Tiki Bar/Lounge. Arrived later in the afternoon, so I got to have a couple happy hour beverages and a bite to eat. Left early the next morning. Ice machine was out of order on my floor. Overall, it was fine for my stay.

When we arrived to the property the room that were put in did not have a function door panel. Our key cards would not work. We called maintenance they worked on it. They said it would work and then the next morning it did not work, and we had to go back to the front desk to have them call maintenance again. This went on for 3 days and we had to call maintenance 7 times each time to get into our room before they moved us rooms. They did not offer any support or discount for the inconvenience. They never once came by to clean our room even though our door hanger said we wanted it cleaned. They do not tell you about the free waters you are supposed to get, they do not offer breakfast vouchers for your stay. My friend had cockroaches in her room. They gave away another friends room. Honestly, I would just pay more for a better place rather than staying here where they post cheaper rooms, but it's not worth the extra charges you receive and the multiple inconveniences without being offered any sort of a discount.

Very convenient location right beside Lydgate Beach Park. Food service is very limited although the items I ordered were good. The hotel itself is dated. And the resort fee is a joke—it got me two promotional water bottles and a pool towel.

customer service. Treated like a left over. The first room was on the lowest floor looking at a service truck. We asked for a room with a tub and they moved us up one floor looking at the top of truck. We were there for three full days and two half days and when we checked out they tried to charge me $608.00 for hotel amenites. We were never there. Prior to getting to the hotel experience we stopped at a counter for Hawian Airlines in Maui to simply ask how do we pick our seats for our return flight back to Seatac and we were told by customer service ,who looked at our flight, that we had not rights or ability to ask for seats. He we were nothing and we would get what they decided.

The staff were very friendly and the property has direct access to the beach. We could walk to several different places to eat and coffee shops. There is a Safeway near by to things you may need.

Great place to stay! Good food and great staff. Only complaint is the parking and resort fees but at checkout. The hotel is away from anyone wanting to park there. There’s not security and plenty of parking. They don’t need to nickel and dime you for it $25 a day!!

Great location! Beach was pretty, staff and extra activities available. Clean and quiet yet you know others had to be there
