"Great Location, Room was not very clean, floor was very dirty, we had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies to clean it. The air condtioner made weird noises and there was no ventalation in the bathroom so after showers everything was soaking wet. The elevator could take up to 5 mins to get to our floor. The lobby and Pinkys was very nice and the spot on the beach and views were great. "

"Staying at this Folly Beach house was absolute perfection. The home sits right on the beach, giving us front‑row seats to some of the most breathtaking sunrises I’ve ever seen. The beach itself was spotless, peaceful, and just steps from the back door. Inside, the house was immaculate—beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It felt like a true coastal retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the ocean."

"This home exceeded or expectations! Sometimes pictures are deceiving but not for this property, it was just the way it was shown. Check in was smooth and any questions we had were promptly answered. The pool was at a perfect temperature what was amazing since in March we had colder temperatures. The owners even had a welcome gift set out for us. We were a party of 12 ladies celebrating the upcoming wedding of my granddaughter. We had an absolutely amazing time. We highly recommend this rental and we sure will be back next year…"

From the wonderful bedding to fully stocked kitchen, we were so thankful for all the details that were thought through.
