Housing
Relatively quiet and very well equipped (renovation July 2018), it has everything to please! The apartment is composed of a bedroom with dressing room, a shower room and a kitchen open to the living room and dining room. There is also a small entrance hall and a separate toilet. And to top it all off: you can benefit from access to the building's shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer on request only (extra charge).
The accommodation has a good WiFi connection.
Traveler access
Located on the 3rd floor, you can access it by stairs or elevator. A person from the agency will be waiting for you on your arrival to give you the keys and take stock of the premises. She will be delighted to share with you her tips to help you discover the city! In addition, the whole team will be happy to answer your questions regarding accommodation or the city!
Neighborhood
In addition to its comfort, the location of Blink 5 is perfect because you are right in the city center.Rue des Clarisses is full of good restaurants that we recommend you try (we had at least 4 favorites in the street alone: Chez Gusto, Telle Mère Telle Fille, Sushi Time and le Dernier Ragot).
Please note that in Liège, everything is close to everything and can be done on foot: in 5 minutes, you will be at Place Cathédrale which is in the center of the shopping streets, the best restaurants in the city and the cinemas. It is also halfway between the Royal Opera and the Théâtre de Liège. A gym is also available in the area.
Transportation
Do you travel most of the time on foot? The city is small enough to be able to explore it on foot and have access to all points of interest.
By train ? The 3 main stations in Liège are Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert (the main one is Guillemins).
By bus ? The Public Transport network is quite good and serves the center and its outskirts well.
And if you have a vehicle, it is possible to park your car in the street or neighboring streets, or in the neighboring car parks (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette).
Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
