Cute lake front cottage with floating dock on High Rock lake. Open concept living room comfortably seats everyone and opens to the large, elevated deck. The living room and deck overlook the lake and a sandy swimming area. You can bring your own boat and tie up to our dock during your stay. Quiet neighborhood for a relaxed stay.
There are three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 adults comfortably.
Full galley kitchen along with washer & dryer.

Large fenced lot to keep children and pets safe.
Pets are welcome as an option for an additional fee.
There is parking for 4 cars. Quick and easy access from I-85.

Very nice place to fish. Clean and enjoyed the stay. Bathroom rather small but for 2 people we made it work. I would definitely stay again. Also loved how the property was fenced in.

Perfect Getaway

Myself, husband and our dog had a perfect stay. The location is magnificent and the house was clean, comfortable and just perfect! Location is convenient to essential shopping and surrounding towns with more commercial development. Would return in a heartbeat! Miss it already. There is a super nice Food Lion grocery store nearby I’d highly recommend.

Perfect Family fishing weekend

We enjoyed our stay ~ 3 adults, the family pup, and 6 month old baby. We all love to cook and did find the kitchen area a bit small. Beds are firm and couches are comfy & there is plenty of HOT water when it comes to shower time. Enjoyed rocking the baby out on the deck. Everyone agreed we will stay again.

What a little slice of heaven. Everything we needed was right there. Perfect size for a family of four. We enjoyed two nights of fireworks on the water and the local Mexican restaurant was absolutely delicious. Such a great convenience having our boat parked right at the dock. Perfect week

Amazing week in a beautiful home! Such a quiet peaceful location. The house is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Sofas are great for lounging. We loved the view of the lake, the large deck and yard, and the convenience of having our boat right at the dock. The location is convenient to town when we needed supplies. Thanks for a great stay!

Cottage at Lake High Rock

Super cute cottage, great location close to 85! Host is very friendly and available for questions or concerns. Pet friendly for two dogs under 50 pounds. My only concern for future guest since the cottage is pet friendly it has carpet in the bedrooms. There is a strong pet odor due to pets. I would suggest replacing with laminate or pet friendly flooring to the host!

Great Getaway for family and animal friendly!

Fenced in yard, huge! Quiet neighborhood, easily located. Perfect size (not huge, not tiny), 3 bedrooms, roomy living room, huge back porch, water front. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch and sunsets over the lake. My kids swam and it was cold, but tolerable. We grabbed some floats at the store. Restaurants and grocery store under 10 minutes away. I enjoyed tanning on the dock. Washer/dryer for those wet things. Plenty of starter stuff (soap, etc) so you aren't completely without! Clean towels and linens provided. Actually has a trash service so you can not lug around your family and trash bags. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful lake getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. We picked this property because it was on a lake and it had a fenced yard for our dogs. We found when we arrived that the front and back of the property were both fenced with the option of blocking access between the front and back. Our dogs had a blast being able to run the full length of the property. The dock on the lake had a great seating area with chairs that we did some quality sunset watching as well as stargazing. There's also a boat ramp that made it super easy to launch our kayaks. The house is a perfect size for a family of 4. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of tools in the kitchen to cook for the family. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely Lake Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this home with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The deck by the lake was peaceful and we enjoyed seeing a heron stop by each morning to fish. It was well-appointed and had the things we needed. It felt like an actual family home instead of a sterile rental. The host was very quick to respond to some minor issues and very friendly. One tiny bathroom was a bit of a challenge for our large group, but nothing we weren’t expecting. The “king” bed in the second bedroom is actually 2 twins put together - not unusual, but may be helpful to know. I wish we’d had a bit more time to relax at the home as we were there for an event that kept us away most of the day during our stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Peaceful awesome cant wait to stay again.

Well kept peacefull place. Wish a pontoon had nit been parked at the pier for we brought a boat also and a seadoo at the other end left no where for kids to fish and play is my only only complaint.
