Great Space, Better Location

I loved that this space was so close to downtown and just a block or two away from busy traffic and street noise. The underground parking was a huge perk. We were able to walk to just about everything we wanted to do, and the space had all the necessary amenities.

Perfect place for attending downtown Conference at Rupp Arena

From start to finish this property and stay was top-notch. Because the property is located downtown there is the possibility that you could feel unsafe. However, the owners have so many levels of security that you feel absolutely safe and the police station across the street is an added bonus. We would happily seek this property out the next time we’re in Lexington, Kentucky. We highly recommend it!

5 Day 2 Night Stay

Everything was provided that is needed for a short trip. This included necessities that might’ve been forgotten. The condo was very clean throughout. The bed was comfortable and clean. 2 TVs were convenient. Temperature setting was comfortable. Claire, was very communicative and provided all details regarding the condo. Overall, we would book this condo again if we take another trip to Lexington, KY area.
