Community recreational activities include two on-site swimming pools, eight tennis courts, and a well-lit jogging path. The unbeatable location is just a few steps away from amazing restaurants. Weiss supermarket, CVS, fitness centers, a full-service salon, public transportation, and a two-mile paved pedestrian/bike path leading directly into downtown Lewes are also located within the community. Nearby entertainment includes top-rated restaurants, quaint shops in historic Downtown Lewes, Savannah Beach located on the Delaware Bay, Cape Henlopen State Park with miles of trails and ocean beaches, abundant outlet shopping, Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Delaware Seashore State Park, Gordons Pond State Park, Cape Henlopen Fishing Pier, and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge.
As you enter this newly renovated three-story retreat, you will be welcomed by the openness of the combined living and dining area that features comfortable recliner sofas, a smart TV with streaming services, and a gorgeous dining table. The hallway leads to a bright, well-equipped kitchen complete with all of the essentials necessary to prepare delicious homemade meals. The kitchen opens onto an enclosed and spacious brick patio complete with an outdoor dining table, chairs, and grill where you can treat everyone to alfresco meals throughout your stay. The second floor houses two comfortably sized bedrooms connected by a tub/shower bathroom. Also located on this floor is a cozy loft space and a separate washer/dryer laundry area. The stunning upper level encompasses the spacious main suite with a seating area, smart TV, roomy walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Additional features include central air-conditioning, free high-speed internet, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

This retreat is not equipped with cable.
Streaming only with the guest’s own account.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
