Welcome to this stunning 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation rental at 300 Bay Avenue, Lewes Beach! Nestled in a prime location, this classic cottage seamlessly blends timeless charm with modern amenities, making it the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.

Step inside and be greeted by a fully renovated interior, featuring brand new kitchen and bathroom furnishings that exude elegance and comfort. The open-concept living area boasts ample natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you and your guests to unwind in.

With six spacious bedrooms, this cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling together. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, which offers seating for 12 and picturesque views of the surrounding area.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring Lewes Beach. Sink into the sofa and chairs around the coffee table for a board game. The adjacent den comes equipped with a comfy sectional sofa and large flat screened TV for movie watching.

This charming cottage also features four beautifully appointed bathrooms ensuring a spa-like experience for guests.

One of the highlights of this incredible property is the outdoor space. The large, wrap-around deck provides the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Fire up the grill and host a memorable barbecue with friends and family, or simply soak up the sun and enjoy the gentle sea breeze.

Located across the dune from Lewes Beach, this vacation rental offers the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Beachfront on the bay

Gorgeous house that includes everything you need for a beach vacation. Very well equipped kitchen, probably the best I’ve stayed in. Beautiful view of dunes and bay beach. Short walk directly onto the beach over the dune.
