This attractive mid-terrace villa, within the picturesque village of Kilconquhar, great for family getaways and golfing trips to the East Neuk Coast and St Andrews. Close to the village of Elie with its famous beach, restaurants and sports facilities.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial logs for the wood burner included. Welcome pack. Travel cot and highchair included. Rear enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniure (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking.. Nestled in the tranquil village of Kilconquhar, this charming mid-terrace villa offers a serene escape for families and golf enthusiasts alike. With its pet-friendly policy and ample space for six guests, it’s a perfect base to explore the scenic East Neuk Coast or enjoy the historic links at St Andrews.

The fully refurbished accommodation is beautifully presented and comprises an open plan ground floor area, combining a living room with Smart TV, wood burner, a dining table with seating for up to six. This leads up to a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for family get togethers.

There is a boot room and toilet just off the kitchen. This leads out into an enclosed courtyard and then through the gate up to a decked terrace with table and seating. A generous sized shed is available for storing bicycles (with electricity for charging of e-bikes) and hooks for storing sports equipment. Parking for three cars is to the rear of the garden.

Stairs from the living area to the first-floor landing leads to the family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master at the back has an en-suite shower and sink. Kilconquhar and Elie, nestled in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife, offer a delightful blend of culinary and recreational experiences.

Kilconquhar boasts the historic Kilconquhar Castle Estate, providing not only accommodation but also leisure facilities like tennis courts and an equestrian centre for pony treks through the countryside.

There is an award winning restaurant located just a short walk away from Struan. This is a 17th-century pub and restaurant which champions great food in an intimate setting. Recently awarded ’Best Local Restaurant in Scotland’ by The Good Food Guide.

Elie Beach, a short distance away, is perfect for a leisurely day out with its stunning views and opportunities for water sports.

Bowhouse, located in St Monans, is a vibrant hub for the local food community in the East Neuk of Fife. It serves as a vital link between small-scale growers, producers, and consumers, offering access to some of the finest ingredients and artisanal products in the region. With a focus on sustainability and supporting the local economy, Bowhouse hosts regular market weekends.

良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Lovely property in a quiet area but near to Elie and coast a long woth St Andrews. Inside the home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only let down was the apprqrance of the adjoining property. External stairs to back door are steep however hand rail assists along with pir light when its dark. Would definitely stay again.
