Wir waren schon zum 2.Mal in dieserWohnung. Sie ist wunderbar, sehr gut gelegen, und eine schöne sehr große Altbauwohnung. Alles was man braucht ist da. Man kann draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken und auf dem Balkon draußen sitzen und lesen. Das Städtchen ist sehr schön und sehr freundlich. Mittlerweile auch touristischer als früher, aber immer noch mit einembesonderen Charme.

Super appartement très bien situé .. ville balnéaire très agréable avec de nombreuses animations en été et une ambiance très familiale ! Appartement très confort avec de grandes chambres et 3 salles de bain, très appréciable lorsque l’on rentre de baignade à 10 personnes Autonomie maximale pour nos 6 enfants d’âges différents, du fait de l’emplacement très proche du centre ville.Cinque terre accessible en train, à pied et en bateau.Super séjour pour nos 2 familles MERCI

A wonderful holiday relaxing with friends.

A beautiful airy roomy old style apartment in an ancient area of town. The apartment has enough privacy between rooms to share with another family. The garden was cool and beautiful (it is technically shared with the other occupants of the building but we never saw anyone)

Flott leilighet i nydelig herskapsbolig

Denne leiligheten fungerte veldig bra som utgangspunkt for Cinque Terre besøk, med en kort togreise til alle landsbyene. Det er også mulig å ta ferge fra Levanto. Dette er en litt større by enn de 5 små, og har mer å by på av aktiviteter og restauranter, og med en flott strand. Leiligheten fungerte veldig bra for 4 vennepar på tur sammen. Noen tidligere anmeldelser klager på klokketårnet rett i nærheten, som slår hvert kvarter. Vi syntes ikke dette var plagsomt.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und toller Garten

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage! Zudem ist der Garten mit den schattigen Bäumen toll und wunderschön! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen da. Gerne wieder!

Close to the beach and the town centre

We had a lovely stay in the large, very clean appartement, in great location close to the beach and centre of Levanto! Perfect for two families with kids. The owner is very kind. Grazie mille!

Très satisfait de notre choix

Appartement un peu vieillot mais, propre, vaste et bien situé. Un plus avec le parking privé, la fourniture des draps et serviettes de toilette. Le choix de Levanto nous a parfaitement convenu et nous a permis de découvrir les Cinque Terre, à pied, en bateau et avec le train !Et c'est très beau mais il faut avoir de bonnes jambes !A recommander

Sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist nicht sonderlich modern, aber sehr groß, mit Balkon, Hof, Garten - und perfekt gelegen. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr bemüht und waren extrem entgegenkommend.

Week in Levanto

We enjoyed the property, which worked well for our group of 7. It was fairly represented. Our only issue, which did not affect our satisfaction was communication. After checking in we had some questions about use and some supply issues. Each time we called whoever answered indicated they only spoke Italian and hung up. The second number asked that we text, which we did. He responded once and brought an extra key, but never again. We got by and handled ourselves, but would have appreciate better response

grand appartement très bien situé

L’appartement est très grand, 3 belles grandes chambres, la 4eme est par contre petite et donne sur un chemin passant L’emplacement est très calme (sauf l’église qui sonne toutes les 15 minutes y compris la nuit) et a quelques minutes a pieds de la plage et du centre. L’aménagement est complètement vieillot, mais ça a son charme. Par contre la propreté laisse à désirer. Place de parc réservée a 5 minutes a pied, précieux parce que le parcage est compliqué a Levento

Wohnung in einem Altbau mitten in der Alstadt

Die Möbel sind teilweise schon älter, aber gut ausgestattet. Vorne ein großer Balkon, hinten eine kleine Terrasse plus ein Stück Garten. Je nach Sonnenstand immer ein Platz im Schatten zu finden. Man kann alles bequem zu Fuß erledigen. Strand, Supermarkt und Altstadt innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann man allerdings nicht bis vor die Tür fahren, was aber kein Problem ist. Durch den Altbau ist es auch schön kühl in der Wohnung.

Neglected property, beautiful grounds and location, disappointing owner response.

A lot of potential, disappointing owner response. Check in was confusing partly due to language barrier. We arrived to a busy public parking lot and weren’t sure where to wait for the manager. After unloading the permanent parking lot was about .25 miles from the apartment. The main complaint is upon arrival the “luxury apartment” was musty and damp. Furnishings were in disarray, slipcovers…not the ones in the pictures were dirty, torn and stained. There was scaffolding in front of 3 windows and blocking access to the outside dining table off the kitchen. The floors had been swept but not mopped. When I contacted the owner regarding my concerns they were completely disregarded. Even my request to send someone to mop the floor.

Grand appartement bien situé.

L'appartement est parfait avec ses 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Certes il est vieillot et il manque certaines choses ( petites cuillères, verres à pied ... ) mais il est calme, à côté de la plage et des commerces. La gare est juste à 10 mn à pied. Le jardin est très agréable pour boire un Spritz !

Super location, super espaces

Les plus: - OK pour 2 familles (4 adultes, 5 enfants) - Les espaces sont grands on ne se marche pas dessus - Localisation au top, 10mins de la gare à pied, les bars/restau/commerce/Centre ville/plage au pied de l'appartement Les moins: - propreté OK mais pas 100% clean, ça passe pour la semaine de vacance - validez bien le nombre de personnes, seulement 6 lits de faits sur 8, nous avons reçu le reste des draps le lendemain - procédure d'arrivée gérée par un concierge qui ne parle que Italien - prenez RDV pour la procédure d'arrivée car nous avons attendu 1h que le concierge arrive - validez l'heure du checkout ! C'était indiqué 11h sur le PDF d'instruction mais le concierge a débarqué à 10h (il nous a heureusement laissé jusqu'à 11h pour partir)

Très bon emplacement, logement simple et spacieux

Logement parfait pour une famille ou des amis avec des enfants. Proximité avec le village, les enfants peuvent aller à pied au parc ou à la plage sans risque. La maison est spacieuse, et elle ne craint pas trop pour ce qui est des objets ou de la propreté ce qui est rassurant lorsqu'on vient avec beaucoup d'enfants. Le jardin à hauteur d'une des chambres est très apaisant, le balcon est très spacieux et a une belle vue. Très bonne location et très bon esprit des gérants. Merci encore.

Spacieux et agréable !

Appartement très propre , très bien placé , proche du centre ville , de la gare et de la plage . On peut tout faire sans voiture ! Seul bémol qui a dérangé mes amis le clocher sonne tous les quarts d’heure . (Jour et nuit) Très bonne communication avec l’hôte et très bon accueil. Je recommande ! La décoration est vieillotte mais fait partie du charme de l’appartement ! On s’y sent bien. Très bien chauffé !

Gite parfait pour decouvrir ou redecouvrir les 5 terres

Gite genereux, confortable et agreable avec une touche rétro. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Accueil chaleureux. Nous y venons pour la 4e fois et apprecions toujours autant cet endroit.

Séjour aux Cinque terre

Apparemment très spacieux, en centre ville, très proche des commerces à pieds et du bord de mer. Idéal pour visiter les 5 terres. La décoration est vieillotte et des travaux de décoration amélioreraient le bien. Agréable séjour, nous recommandons !
