Villa dell'Erta: new, charming apartments in Montale, a hillside village just above Levanto.
The property is composed of three cozy apartments in the hamlet Montale, 4 km from Levanto and its beaches.

- Apartment “CHERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace.
- Apartment “STRAWBERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace.
- Apartment “BLUEBERRY”, the largest apartment, with a bedroom and kitchen living room. At Villa dell’Erta, “BLUEBERRY” is the apartment with the best panoramic view over the Gulf of Levanto.
Each apartment can sleep up to two people. Perfect for couples!

They all have a panoramic terrace with sunshade, table and chairs, with an amazing view over the gulf of Levanto.
All apartments have a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen, with sink, cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher.

Air conditioning.
Wi-Fi, TV (satellite, free to air channels).
One private parking place per apartment.

Important note: the house is located in “Via Piccola” (literally: small road). As the name says, it is a quite narrow street! Please, drive these last 200 meters carefully and slowly.
The private parking is 70 meters from the house.

A special parking ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car) is available upon request.
Price per day: 5€
This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places of Levanto for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private parking. This ticket allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city (with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate - you will be given instruction about this.)

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Terrace with motorized awning, table and chairs, with an amazing view over the gulf of Levanto.
The apartment is composed of a double bedroom and a living room with kitchen. With sofa, dining table, kitchen with sink, cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower.
The bedroom has an exit to a typical Ligurian alley, under an ancient stone porch, with a panoramic view.
Air conditioning.
Wi-Fi, Satellite TV (free European channels).
Private parking place.
