"The included breakfast was good quality food but you only had 2 choices. Gratuity was extra. I would have preferred a serve yourself continental breakfast. The views from the covered open air restaurant are stellar. No fault of the hotel, but their location makes it virtually impossible to do any activities without a cab ride that can get expensive. It would be advisable to plan your daily activities so you are just doing one cab ride out and one ride back per day. Our room (standard king) was cool and comfortable. It had a small balcony that afforded incredible picture taking of Charlotte Amalie harbor. Power on the island is spotty at best but the hotel does have a fully adequate automatic backup generator. Definitely worth taking a short walk UP the hill to Sib's on the Mountain - great local hot spot for food and drink. The weather was absolutely perfect! "

"the room smelled of mildew and when ask to change rooms there were none left nothing was done staff were rude from moment we checked in ti the moment we checked out Concierge, most bartenders and valet staff were friendly but that was it not at all worth the amount of money "

"I recently stayed at Margaritaville Vacation Club St. Thomas and overall had a really great experience. The property is beautiful, and the atmosphere truly gives you that relaxing island vibe. The staff was amazing—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the number of stairs. Getting to our room required quite a bit of walking and climbing, which can be a bit tiring, especially after a long day. They do offer golf cart rides, which is definitely a plus, but since it’s a busy hotel, you may have to wait a little while as they assist other guests. Overall, I would still recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway. Just be prepared for a bit of walking!"

"Beautiful resort, 3 minutes from the airport with free shuttle service. Kind staff, beautiful infinity pool - no beach access - major beach in walking distance but gets crowded until 3pm - when cruise ships leave. Food was amazing, staff was amazing, rooms had blackout curtains. Nice but small gym. Only 5 floors."

"We enjoyed our stay and view of ships and boats from our balcony. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ok, just need to be a little softer when talking to guest on the phone (only one lady...don't recall her name) but overall stay was nice."

"Staff was some of the most friendly people on the island. Biggest downfall was the insane amount of seaweed, cannot swim in beach and seaweed left a horrible smell even in our room we could smell it. They try to bulldoze it away so it’s not their fault it’s just the unfortunate beach condition."

"Huge cockroaches (found one crawling on our toothbrushes) also in buffet area, tried to tell front desk but they didn’t seem to care. All of us except one got very ill, spent whole travel day home in any bathroom we could find and daughter threw up on the plane. I can see the hotel is trying but when you spend $500+ a night you expect more. Good pool and drinks and it’s nice of them to let you explore property early before your room is ready."

"I think this resort is in a great location. Love the beach, seating, drinks and the daily 2 for 1 specials. On arrival though, we got little to no direction on where our room was, or even a general overview - that would have been helpful."
