Appartement tout confort, coin cuisine, 1 chambre grand lit, un grand BZ au salon, lave linge, lave vaisselle, toilettes séparées de la salle de bain etc...Au calme à 8 minutes à pied de la plage, des restaurants, des glaciers, à proximité à pied d'une moyenne surface commerciale et de petits commerces de proximité, salle de concert, etc...L'appartement est décoré par des tableaux en tout genre. Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé en plein centre des Sables-d'Olonne. Location de vélos au pied de l'im meuble Le plus "le parking privé en sous-terrain" Nous avons été reçue par la propriétaire, Odile, une personne super gentille et très agréable. Nous recommandons.

Appartement agréable et idéalement situé. Odile nous a très bien reçu et donné les informations intéressantes pour notre séjour. En effet, à 10 minutes de la plage ou du port et à 5 minutes du centre, nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, merci encore à Odile pour son accueil.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la propriétaire était disponible pour toute question. cependant le ménage devant être fait par les locataires précédents, ce n'était pas le top. Il est situé idéalement, le parking est un gros plus! Le logement est un T2 donc une seule chambre, nous étions 4, les enfants dormaient dans le salon, c'est bien une semaine mais plus longtemps cela aurait été embêtant.

Une semaine en Vendée "Les Sables d'Olonne"

Séjour sympathique malgré le temps pas au top! Proche de la plage, du port, des commerçants! Et de belles balades!!! De bons restaurants entre autre "Le Pierrot" des serveurs vraiment tip-top et des plats un vrai délice !! ***A ne pas rater à 40min O'Gliss Park une superbe expérience, même par temps mitigé! Un tarif qui en vaut vraiment mais vraiment la peine!!!*** Je recommande cet appartement car les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils, et l'appartement lumineux, agréable, hyper bien équipé, une place pkg privative le top! Bonne isolation phonique! gare à deux pas (on entend aucun train!), arrêt de bus, Vélib' et même une navette gratuite la Marinette et tout ça au pied de l'immeuble vraiment génial! Je recommande +++ Gaëlle

Appartement en centre ville proche de toutes commodités

L'appartement est propre, très lumineux et au calme. Le plus est sa situation proche de toutes commodités, puisque situé en centre-ville, le port,la plage, le remblais, les commerces et marchés sont à quelques pas, ainsi que la gare tgv (mais l on n entend absolument pas les trains). L autre avantage est le parking que la propriétaire à mis à notre disposition.Merci à Odile pour son accueil, sa réactivité et sa disponibilité.

Bonne semaine entre promenades et baignades Agrémentées d'un appartement très agréable à vivre, tout confort, spacieux pour deux, sans bruit, bien qu'à deux pas de la gare.
