Welcome to the Grand Balcon, a charming 40 m² apartment with two balconies offering an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Ideal for couples or small families, it is located between the Prarion and Bellevue cable cars. Free covered parking, bus at the foot of the building, sheets included.

Who are we?

We are Care Concierge, a professional property management company overseeing more than 200 accommodations in Chamonix, Les Houches and Saint-Gervais.



We are not private Airbnb hosts. We do not meet travellers except upon request. We have offices in each region and our local team is at your disposal to assist you throughout your stay.

It is the responsibility of the guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM

The living room has a sofa bed if you need it. You will find a television with cable, DVDs and a door to the 2nd balcony



WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.

This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.



ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.



Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.

l appartement en lui même était conforme aux renseignement donné sauf qu' 'il n'était pas accessible en voiture. Il se situait loin du garage avec un dénivelé important et trois étages. Il me semble que cela pourrait être signalé.Plusieurs choses gênantes:-le ménage plutot négligé, sable sous tapis dans la chambre, toiles d araignées, poussières (le ménage est géré par Care Concierge!? et j'ai payé un forfait)-sommier lit deux places effondré, pas de protège matelas-plusieurs disfonctionnement (porte lave vaisselle, porte balcon, support de douchePasser par votre site me semblait être une garantie par rapport à l entretient du logement...
