「Es wurde ein ganzes Ferienhaus angeboten, es war aber nur ein Zimmer mit Bad im Familienhaus. Sehr hellhörig und nicht wirklich privat. Wir reisten mit mittelgroßen Hund, der leider keine Fremde mag. Wir waren deshalb sehr eingeschränkt und hätten das nicht gebucht, wenn das vorher ersichtlich gewesen wäre. War meine erste und letzte Buchung mit fewo-direkt. Die Vermieter selbst waren sehr freundlich und am Zimmer war auch soweit alles okay.」

「For a small group of rugby enthusiasts, this villa was the perfect location. Set within the suburbs of Lyon, it offered a quiet setting with easy access to the city centre (transport links, shops & cafes within a 5-min walk). In respect to the property itself; it was extremely clean, comfortable & had everthing we needed for our week long stay. Would definitely recommend, especially if renting a car and looking to travel / visit surrounding sights (i.e. The lakes, Annecy or even Geneva).」

"１）ボーヌ出身の小柄な男性コンシェルジュ！！！素晴らしい！！！　当方がレンタカーで到着したとき、正面から行き過ぎた場所で駐車したにもかかわらず、快く対応してくれた。滞在中にあっても、名前を覚えていてくれて、うれしい気持ち。最後にレンタカーで出発する際、①行先（ボーヌ）に合わせてナビを設定してくれたり、②駐車場から車を出してきて冷房が効くまで車を停車させ、そのうえで当方を呼ぼうとしたり、③ワイパーの花びらを払ってくれたり、④最後に、ホテル正面の道路から南のインターチェンジに行くために、北側からくる自動車を止めて誘導してくれたり、と、本当に素晴らしい対応であった。これだけでも印象に残る優秀なホテルと感じられた。２）客室はメゾネットで、道路正面にもかかわらず、防音は完璧であった。部屋も清潔である。３）リビング部分が上階、ベッドルームと水回りが下階にあって、上階のリビングには全く水回りがないために、トイレに行くにも、手を洗ったり、水を捨てたりするにも、階段の上り下りをしなければならず、広さではよいものの、メゾネットの良さを感じられず、かえって不便であった。階段の蹴上がり幅が高く、当方のように老夫婦にはさらにつらいものであった。"

"駅から近くアクセスしやすいです。隣が大型ショッピングモールなので食事にも便利でした。部屋は狭いですが、高層タワーのため展望は良かったです。ホテル1Fの入口が工事中で、どこから入って良いのか迷いました。工事中の作業員の方が親切で、迷っているところをエレベーターまで案内してくれました。フロントの対応は事務的でした。他のホテルでは、デポジットの支払を求められることはなかったですが、今回はクレジットカードから100€の支払が必要でした。（チェックアウト時に返金処理されるとの説明でしたが、正しく処理されるか不安です。）また宿泊税についての説明が一切なかったのに、チェックアウト時に受け取った明細書には支払の記載があったので、フロントの対応として説明を必ずするべきだと思いました。"
