「Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. 「Le personnel de l'hôtel est bienveillant, sympathique et facilitant notre séjour. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi et du sauna, après le ski, c'était parfait. Vraiment très bien. 」

「Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true.」

「Ett mindre hotell som drivs förmodligen av familjen. Rummen är fräscha, skön säng, härlig utsikt. Badrummet är väldigt modernt och fint. Läget perfekt nära liften för skidåkning, restauranger osv. Maten var väldigt bra på hotellet. Stort utbud på frukosten och en varierad middagsbuffé samt a la carte alternativ i hotellets andra restaurang.」
