「We were two multigenerational families travelling together and have all visited Les Gets and the wider Portes du Soleil many times previously. Positives: The boot room is excellent. Kitchen was fairly well equipped with dishes, raclette machine and plenty of plates, bowls etc. Negatives: we all felt the communication with host was not very warm or welcoming. The host charged an increased linen price instead of what was stated online at the time of booking which we felt was a bit cheeky given...

「We were two families with children ranging from 9 years to 17 years. The chalet is perfectly located for easy access to the ski slopes (we drove and parked at the Chavannes ski lift - 2 min drive up the road) this avoided the big queues at the cable car at the bottom. It is also perfectly located for town. About a 12 min walk down hill to all the shops, restaurants, bars and about a 20 min walk home as it’s uphill but you can also get the free buses. There is a fantastic map on Les Gets tourist...

「Great property next to the bus stop allowing easy trips to the town and Chavannes. Beautifully presented, decorated and fully equipped. It included the option to buy a multi pass at 2.50 euros pp per day which allowed us to traverse the lifts all over the Portes de Soleil.」

「Le chalet n'avait pas été occupé depuis plusieurs semaines ; une vérification et un nettoyage préalables à notre arrivée s'imposaient. Nous avons envoyé un mail à l'Agence, gestionnaire du chalet pour indiquer notre insatisfaction. Dommage car la station est agréable avec nombreuses animations.」
