"Staff was very friendly and quite helpful, especially regarding the logistics of getting to Mackinac Island. The dining was quite good. Room was clean, and we had a wonderful view of the lake."
"This is a well maintained, clean facility. The location is awesome. The rooms are large and the bike storage topped it all off. Excellent experience."
"Amazing place to stay. It is a hike from Main Street but well worth it. This place would be amazing for romantic getaways and our family of six loved it too. Fires with s’mores, soccer, bags, ladder ball, and so much ch more to do. The pizza was amazing and fitness center was clean. We will be back for sure!!!"
"One of my favorite hotels on the island. Rooms are modernized (AC) and clean while still maintaining that Mackinac Island charm. A true indoor pool and hot tub is the best part though. You don’t have to walk outside to get to a pool building like at other hotels who say they have an indoor pool.
The only two areas of improvement for me would be 1) in this age of electronic payment, there isn’t a good way to tip the porter. This made for some awkward moments, and ultimately a check in desk employee with venmo allowed me to get cash from them to tip the porter. It would have been easier to just bill it to my room or something. I don’t have a good solution for this, but the venmo cash-out is an intermediate solution at best. 2) They used to have an on site restaurant that served breakfast for a fee, but that is no longer the case. Good news is there are plenty of breakfast options on main street to walk to, but on site can sometimes be more convenient, especially on checkout day."
"A very well-being Victorian home with Victorian pictures throughout was very nostalgic like going back in time. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with whatever we needed was an excellent stay. I highly recommend that in on Mackinac thank you Inn On Mackinac Island for your delightful hospitality."

"Front desk staff, especially Hanna and Sally, were super warm, professional and helpful. I requested a room switch and they were able to accommodate me within a few minutes. Sally was always available with a smile and friendly greeting. Room was quiet, nice view and comfortable."
