「We booked the hotel in good faith via hotels.com for a family ski holiday but we arrived in the resort at 10pm in freezing snow conditions to find that the hotel was closed for the whole week we had booked. We were left with no accommodation for the night and if it had not been for some people allowing us to sleep on their floor we would have likely frozen to death !!」

「The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.」

We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. 「I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

「Great locations for ski in ski out skiing. And highly recommend Skimuim opposite for ski hire. Excellent service. The apartment was great value for money but lacked two easy to remedy things. A heated towel rail for the lack of towels. One each is not enough when’s swimming pool so constantly damp. Also a tea cloth or oven glove is missing from the inventory. Getting things out the oven with a ski sock isn’t great. I found the double bed far too hard, but that is personal preference. Staff...

「The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing 」
