"Check in was easy and staff on duty was pleasant. Bed was very comfortable and hotel is far enough away from highway that it was quiet. Always try to use the fitness room and this one was clean and in good working order. Only negative was that I could not get the tv to work; it would turn on and then no other keys on the remote would work. Staff person tried to help but could not make it work either."

"The room was clean and comfortable. View of lake was nice. Would be better if the was a tree barrier to block traffic noise. Staff was amazing. Very friendly. Only complaint is the towel I had were very rough. Overall experience A!"

"The pool was closed due to multiple birthday parties being held that evening. The main reason I booked this hotel was to use the pool and hot tub. So that was disappointing. There were kids (younger than 10) running up and down the hallway all evening and in the morning. I had let the hotel staff know and seemed nothing was done about it. Probably won't recommend or stay at this hotel again. Disappointing stay. "

"Kids enjoyed the pool after a long day of travel. Elevator was not working when we arrived but it was just a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 like they said it would be, so we ended up grabbing food elsewhere as we were trying to get back on the road pretty early. "

"The room was handed over late, plus there was a bad smell and the shower water was very cold."

"Everything was pretty good except for the pool being kind of small and the kids being very rowdy. I wish we would have known kind of what weekend to go there or that there was a limit on who could go to the pool when. We would have planned it on a different weekend where we had the pool, more free.If we would have known there was gonna be everybody in their grandma puppy dog there. "
