Great place, better price.

All you need in a hotel. Very comfortable, excellent front desk service. Eduardo was very efficient during the check in process and explained where everything was located. A great experience overall

Impressed. A very nice 4 star hotel within walking distance of everything. Safe underground parking with direct lift access to the hotel (12 euro per car and 6 euro per motorbike for a night) nice modern hotel with a good breakfast, large rooms and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we arrive by motorbike in horrific rain they got us into the car park before processing any checkin. I would stay here again.

This hotel is a bit on the outskirts in a dull, residential area, next to the contemporary art museum, which has limited exhibitions and can be toured in 30 minutes. Besides that, there’s nothing of interest in the vicinity. Perhaps some rooms in this ‘luxury hotel’ offer luxury, but mine was ordinary at best, extremely plain without even a hot pot, like a room from the 70s or 80s with new carpet. Clerk was friendly with excellent English. Nonetheless, do yourself a favor and stay in the old town near the cathedral- lots of restaurants there and a few museums

Great modern hotel

Everything was modern, clean, comfortable. The hotel is located easily accessible to the roads entering town, and free street parking was available. It's a bit of a walk to the city center.

Good place to stay in León

Overall a very good stay. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful. Good quiet location. Rooms are quite large and the hotels “Eco-standards” are excellent. The recycling bins in the foyer are an excellent idea. Breakfast buffet was excellent value at €8.50 if you booked at check-in. Just a minor issue with the air conditioning and I could not get the safe to work at all.

I was just happy to find accommodation along the Camino as it is becoming more and more difficult. Hotel was okay, I paid $200 CDN for one night - way too expensive. But, as I indicated, I was desperate for a bed for the night.

A tad disappointed !

Hotel is ok! Staff would not go out of their way to help! Seemed to have trouble smiling! The room was small and no decorations. Just tv ! Internet was ok. Bed was hard .

Air conditioner and the fridge the 2 day we stay in the hotel never work ,I report this to the receptionist and they never fixed,we sleep those 2 day with the window open because the room was super hot .
