Lovely, peaceful property. Amazing views of the beach from the pool. A lot of drain flies and ants in the bathroom but some insects are expected in the lovely open air bathroom! Only negative is that the duvet is a size single on a double bed.

Excellent views you can walk along the beach to nearby bays and restaurants. Staff are friendly. The street is a bit rough and isolated, it is a 15min taxi ride to Jungutbatu and a 5minute drive to Mushroom Bay. Facility is a little run down but tidy enough - you get what you pay for.

I’m not sure words do Lembongan justice, the Island is one of the most amazing places I’ve been to. Our hotel was fabulous, it was quiet, clean, with friendly staff. The setting and location were perfect for us and the pool area was great. On arrival we found the room was very small for two adults and a teenage son, I had expected a little more space. We had a mattress on the floor with no mosquito net which worried our son (he was right to be, we were bitten a lot) I asked if there were any rooms available to book (at a cost of course) luckily they did have so our problem was solved. We would absolutely stay here again. One thing to note, the bar did not open once in the four nights we stayed which we found very odd. Bintang and Radler available but nothing else. Also there are set times to order food, which was fine but good to know in advance. Taxi drivers are amazing and very helpful. Visit to mushroom beach and devils tears are recommended.

This is a GeM of a hotel.... Just a dozen of whitewashed bungalows in a well tended garden, with delightful details : driftwood hangings, bamboo banisters / furniture & repousse pierced metal lampshades. Common areas nicely designed, with comfort in mind such as large sofas, bean bags, colourful pillows on chairs. Cute pool. High pressure shower, super comfortable bed & in a quieter area of the island, while everything a scooter ride away.. Beach not the best to swim off of, but very nice view of the ocean, boats & Bali’s hills & volcano. Don’t hesitate... attentive & welcoming management & staff & you’re awakened by sweet bird song.....

Lovely and property is nice and quiet. The staff are very helpful. The sales person Ririn was helpful to assist with my ferry booking. On my day of departure, the ferry company forgot to fetch us. The staff got us on their motorbikes with luggage sandwiched between the rider and the pillion, we hurried to the ferry point. Thankfully, we did not miss the ferry. A word of caution to reconfirm with the ferry company should you book a return transfer from jetty to hotel. Kudos to Paus Putih Staff!

Gardener woke us up at 6:15 am

I got irritated when a gardener started very loud treework at 6:15 in the morning. It felt like they don't respect their guests sleeping at all because who wants to wake up at 6 on their holiday? Though a hotel person said that the gardener was from a hotel next door, but still. The area was not the best of Lembongan either. The staff was friendly.

We stayed in this hotel in 2019, we had a good experience so we decided to book it again in our stay in March 2024. We were extremely disappointed, towels in the hotel are in desperate need of replacement, they look dirty, they are grey and stained . Hand towels are actually a mouth cloth, they left one for a room of two looking disgustingly dirty. Room could benefit of a fridge and a full length mirror in the room (only mirror is in the bathroom). Breakfast was disappointing as well, it was amazing in 2019, what happened? My sister ordered the “pancakes” one morning they were very chewy. The only vegan option is toasts and fruit, toasts are two slices of white bread and the fruit 3 small slides of watermelon and 3 of pineapple. I suggest the offer is a better type of bread (brown, sourdough, seeded, etc) Orange juice is a squash and you can order only one small coffee, you have to pay if you want a second one. Waiters are more worried for you to not have anything extra than provided a good service. We were literally the only two people in breakfast and service was so slow, even to get a glass of water. On top of everything, my sister forgot her Alexa in the room, I have emailed them straight away and sent a DM in IG, no one got back to me. The hotel had only a few rooms occupied and we were the only ones checking out, they should have contacted me immediately about the forgotten speaker. Such a shame that the hotel is going down the hill, we did love it back in 2019.

Hyggelig og stille hotel

Hyggeligt lille hotel i dejlige omgivelser Super hyggeligt sted med fine værelser. Ligger dog meget isoleret, på scooter er det ingen sag at komme til og fra men for ældre (vi havde væres bedsteforældre på 80 år med) som ikke lige kører scooter, er man afhængig af taxa for at komme til og fra hotellet
