Location was good small walk to lots of restaurants. Great beach very close by. Lots of stairs to breakfast and restaurant at top which was ok with us but not for everyone. But that made the view and pool at the top great. We struggled to get enough hot water for two of us to shower though

Villas were in a great location, an easy walk along the boardwalk to get to restaurants. Staff were very helpful. The stairs were steep however they were worth it for the wonderful view.

Great location - communication was excellent prior to our arrival, food was good, staff were friendly, and access to the beach was easy. Room was a little worn with age (cracks in tiles etc) but the price reflected that. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the views stunning. Many thanks

The pool and view outweigh the inconvenience of the location which wasn't that bad. The staff was great. One word of caution would be the steps from bottom to top aren't for everyone. If I had some sort of physical limitation, I wouldn't stay here. We enjoyed our stay and would say the experience was the best week out of 5 weeks we were in Bali.

The rooms are spacious and clean. FlDaiky breakfast is nice and plenty of choices! The views are breathtaking and the infinity pool was beautiful! Will stay here again! The only negative is that there are too many steep steps to climb (close to 100) to get to the villas located at the top and the restaurant. After stayingb3 days we found out theres a back road that leads up to the villas as well and had we known we'd take that path any day! The massage spa was great and our daily in room massages were a blessing! The villa should also have a free pick up and drop service to the ferry services as they currently charge a fee but its reasonable!

Great price and villa for our family if 4. Our villa did have some leaks with all the rain. They had to line the room in places with towels. The bathrooms definitely need to be updated. They are not very functional with the shower head. Everything got wet in there because of this. However the bedroom was lovely. Suited us very much as we had the whole villa that is two rooms connected. Beautiful view from rooms 7 and 8 that connect. Pool up the top is also lovely with a great view. Lots of stairs but worth it for the view.

The location of the property is stunning and numerous restaurants are close by and the most beautiful quiet beach is a minutes walk down the hill. We had cash stolen from the locked safe in our room and we also had a bluetooth speaker and a swiss pocket multi-tool stolen from one of our suitcases on the last morning when we had gone for breakfast that we didnt realise were missing until we got to Seminyak. Really angry about the cash missing from the safe in our room and realise that we should have always locked our suitcases when we were out of the room. Make sure your stuff is safe and dont leave any money in your room.

We stayed for four nights (family of four - 2 kids 10 and 8) and love the location. We surfed with Made on the local beach, we drank on the local pontoon, walked beach walks in both directions, took a short taxi to the yellow bridge and explored Ceningan. We had an incredible massage at the venue and ate like kings in the surrounding area. Cant fault the location at all, however, the hotel decor is dated, albeit functional. As ever, the hospitality was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Beautiful ocean views for a great deal. 4 min walk away from the beach, very close to great surf spots, and good dining options a short walk away along the gorgeous beach boardwalk. Also, delicious smoothie bowls available at the hotel restaurant! Definitely will recommend these villas to friends and family, and will be coming back here for our next Bali trip. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Would stay again in a heart beat

This was the best location we could have picked! Amazing views, quiet, tucked away. My only issue was that they did not provide filtered drinking water and the water from the sink tasted so bad that even with our filters it was not drinkable and we were forced to keep buying water bottles- which we hate and never do

Worst hotel I stayed in a while! Rooms don’t look like in the pictures. Bathroom is very old and dirty, full of insects. We found two cockroaches. There is a cover over the bed for the mosquitoes, it was nasty! Very very dirty and with lots of stains. Breakfast was very mediocre I’ll not recommend this place

Service was great. Nothing to mention. Bathrooms are really terrible. Lot of insects, lot of dirty corners, toilets not flushing and a terrible smell of chlorine. However the location is perfect, I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is well located close to secret beach and gives you access quickly to the main surf spots of Nusa Lembongan (Playground and Lacerations). You also have access to many restaurants along the cliff at walkable distance. The hotel itself has 2 pools. Note that if you have difficulties walking, this hotel is not for you as you would need to climb many steep steps and the restaurant where the breakfast takes place is at the highest level. The room itself was disappointing. The bathroom was in poor condition and not very clean. Also for some unknown reason we keep having small poops in our room. We haven’t been able to identify the source but we had to clean this up several times a day.
