「The breakfast was awesome!! Parking was very good. The Staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was clean with lots of amenities.」

「The AC didn’t work. The room and hotel itself was filthy. The front desk staff was gone for 30 minutes when we tried to first check in. There was another guest there and we had already been waiting 10 minutes. We left and searched for another room. Unfortunately everything booked. Came back and that same guest said she waited 20 minutes and no one came so she left as well but had to come back. Wingate was the worst stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay there again! 」

「Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. The front clerks were barely at the front desk where you have to call or look for someone to help. Also the hotel needs to spray for insects I had numerous of ladybugs in the...

「Remodelled hotel from another brand with updated furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The only complaint was the small details here and there, like bath tub floor was stained, paint underneath the heat/AC unit was peeled off, hair dryer was broken. 」

「The room had a strong musky smell and overall felt grungy. The staff was kind. The gym was locked and we couldn’t get into it even with the staff’s help, so that was odd. I woke up at 3 am to super loud music next door. At the time I thought it was above me because the ceiling was vibrating as well as the walls. The front desk girl checked only the third floor and not the second floor so nothing was done about the noise. Overall definitely nooooot worth $150 at all」

「Hotel served its purpose, was only there to sleep, paid for what i got. However do not prepay for room. They are no longer under this name and new owners do not take 3rd party reservations. I had to pay again for room. Expedia is helping with my refund, but it’s something you don’t want to deal with. 」
