"Place is ok nice upstairs balcony, staff are friendly. Really hit and miss who the clientele are, don’t stay when Brew Beat festival is on (last weekend in August) unless you want 48 hours of endless bass even earplugs didn’t stop the thud. Hotel was nice once but seen better days, "

"Room was inexplicably hot, with no fans or AC etc - I had to keep window and door open all night adding to background noise from busy road. Pillows also very thin. Communications before we’re very frustrating- with multiple emails stating I couldn’t stay if I wasn’t a student. This included one (automated) after I’d had to email to confirm I could. "
