One staff member even can Out to keep us informed Ed about when the taxi will arrive. The whole hotel is cute, fun,and clean, even our room. Breakfast offered a wide variety to meet anyone’s food preference. I would go back if I ever get to Verano again."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Everything was neatly arranged, fresh, and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which gave us a very good first impression. The staff members were also very helpful, polite, and professional throughout our visit. The television had limited English channels, which reduced entertainment options for international guests. Also, the kettle in our room was broken and could not be used. Overall, our stay was excellent. The combination of a clean room, friendly staff, and satisfying breakfast made our visit very enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodation."
