Lovely three bedroom villa with outdoor pool in a nice quiet surburban area not far from the beach and other local amenities. Owner and his daughter were extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions and enquiries.

We (two adults and two children aged 13 and 17) spent a wonderful holiday in this fantastic holiday home. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, and despite the language barrier (we hardly speak any French), the introduction went smoothly.Otherwise, we were able to contact his daughter at any time, with whom we communicated in English.The house is a dream and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Everything is very well maintained, and the house and everything in it is in top condition.The pool is fantastic, and the small vegetable garden in front of the house also offers herbs and tomatoes.The house is in a very quiet location, and the beautiful, large sandy beach is a 10-minute drive away (by car). There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, etc. nearby.Even those traveling with an electric car will find plenty of charging stations within 7 km (everything from 22 kW to 250 kW is available).The Wi-Fi works excellently – even with four people surfing/streaming at the same time. Those who want to watch TV can look forward to a large, curved LED TV.We highly recommend this house!

Tees belle maison, emplacement exceptionnellement calme à5 minutes en voiture d'une très belle et immense plage de sable fin. Propriétaire charmant et arrangeant, seuls bémols sont la piscine non chauffée (± 20°) et le Manque de clim dans au moins une pièce de la maison. Pour le reste 20/20.

Einfach traumhaft

Hier passt einfach alles, das Ferienhaus findet man so vor, wie es beschrieben ist, sehr sauber, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gepflegte moderne Bäder und Schlafzimmer, moderne saubere Küche und schöner offener Wohn- und Essbereich. Im Außenbereich fehlt einfach nichts, traumhafter Pool, 2 Terrassen, ein liebevoll gepflegter Garten und Stellplätze für bis zu 3 PKW auf dem Grundstück. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Einfamilienhaus Siedlung. Eine Bäckerei/Konditorei und Markthalle ist mit dem Rad nach ca. 1km erreicht, ein größerer Supermarkt ist 5km entfernt. Wer gern Rad fährt kann es auf den Radwegen rollen lassen, zum Atlantik Strand sind es ca. 9km die selbst Kinder mühelos radeln. Mit dem Auto ist man nach 50km in Bordeaux, ca. 60km in Arcachon und ca. 20km in Cap Ferret wo auch Pendelboote nach Arcachon abfahren. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus, danke an die Vermieter, bis zum nächsten mal.

10 days to take advantage of the surroundings

Great location, very quiet but still close to restaurants, shopping and beautiful trails in the forest and to the beach. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and maintained. We enjoyed the pool, particularly on hot summer days.

La maison est très agréable à vivre ! On s’y sent comme à la maison. Très bien équipée et très bien agencée. L’aménagement du jardin avec la piscine est très agréable. L’environnement est très calme. Un séjour reposant et relaxant avec les commodités à proximité mais voiture obligatoire. Propriétaire très disponible, à l’écoute qui nous a accueilli avec de délicates attentions bien appréciées, merci encore !! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Très jolie villa

Très jolie villa, très bien entretenue par son charmant propriétaire qui nous a accueilli fort chaleureusement avec de délicates attentions (panier de fruits; boissons dans le frigo et bouteille de vin). Localisation adéquate pour rayonner vers la presqu’île du Cap Ferret ou le reste du bassin d’Arcachon. Une mention spéciale à l’installation hi-fi de très grande qualité! Bref une adresse à conseiller pour les familles ou groupes souhaitant disposer d’un superbe endroit au calme pour visiter ces lieux magnifiques.

Comme à la maison !

La maison est agréable à vivre et l'accueil du propriétaire est super. Il a offert une bouteille de vin et un gros panier de fruits pour la semaine; il est présent et à l'écoute en cas de besoin et il est de bon conseil; les produits de base sont mis à disposition et l'on trouve tous les ustensiles nécessaires. La piscine est un vrai bonus, même si elle n'est pas chauffée. Il n'y a quasiment pas de vis-à-vis côté jardin, en revanche les chambres donnent sur la route (mais il y'a peu de passage et ce n'est pas si gênant). On se sent bien dans cette maison et on a envie d'y revenir. Les commerces sont à 10-12 min de marche.

Truly wonderful vacation house. The photos do not do it full justice! Every little accessory is present and at the renter's disposal and the house and gardens are impeccably clean. It was great and spacious for 2 families (4 adults, 3 kids) plus the owner is very kind! Without hesitation we would come back! Maison merveilleux! Les photos ne font pas justice à cette belle maison! Vraiment toute est sur place. Belle prestations par tout - intérieur spacieux et propre, jardin impeccable, piscine très bien entretenu....Le propriétaire est très accueillant et nos 2 familles (4 adultes, 3 enfants) ont passé des tres beaux vacances au calme. A recommander sans hésitation!

Superbe semaine dans une très belle maison

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette superbe maison. Une très belle et grande terrasse qui donné sur la piscine, vraiment très agréable. Malgré la canicule, nous n'avons absolument pas souffert de la chaleur. La maison est située dans un lotissement très proche des commerces du village de Lège. C'est très pratique, proche de tout (pointe du Cap Ferret, océan à la plage du Grand Crohot à 5-10', bassin d'Arcachon) Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques et la maison est moderne et très bien équipée, notamment au niveau de la cuisine, et de la Hi-Fi (TV, chaine, ...)

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. L'environnement est très calme (la mer est proche et la forêt n'est pas loin pour des balades en vélo et les commerces ne sont pas bien loin). La maison est très fonctionnelle. Il n'y manque rien. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue ainsi que les espaces verts. Parfait pour deux couples et deux enfants. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
