Overall nice stay, with a few minor gripes, housekeeping missed numerous items after first nights stay, no water, hot chocolate replenishment. Shower head fired off in all directions as it was old, booked queen bed but felt like a double as we had no movement space, hand lotion in bathroom full but unusable as nozzle gunked up and bottles secured to the wall. Club lounge was very nice and the waiting staff were very nice and attentive.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, every one of them we met was great. Room was large but a little dated. Coat hooks and towel hooks were not provided. The pool was lovely though the changing area was a little worn out. Overall a great stay thanks to the super staff

The hotel room was good, the breakfast was average (overpriced) What was really disappointing is that upon checking out myself and my friend were told that we would have complimentary parking, however upin checking myy credit card the hotel had proceeded to bill my credit card, upon calling the hotel to check I was told by a rude manager that there has been a misunderstanding and that the parking charge would stand. The only thing that let the stay down was the check in. There weren’t enough staff for the amount of people queuing and one of the two staff present didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The bar staff were very helpful and efficient as were the breakfast team. All in all a very good visit and will definitely stay again.
