「A perfectly and cleverly designed little flatlet type holiday apartment. Just what we needed for a two night stay in beautiful York. The location was brilliant and close to restaurants, bars, attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. 「This is a light, airy, spacious annexe, clearly built as a home and therefore great as a temporary home. There is nothing that needs any improvement! Even the buses are good - every 7 minutes to Harrogate during the day, and run late into the night. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you so much」

「Very easy to find. Lovely host Sarah. 2 friendly dogs, Frank n Nim. So relaxing, a small cosy Conversion which is Very clean. Pub/restaurant a short walk via the village. Other restaurants a short drive. 」

「Our family of 5 loved staying at this property in tge beautiful Hebden Bridge. Fabulous, quirky location on the side of a very, very steep cobbled road. We were fortunate to find parking at the bottom of the hill not far from the house. It is a bit of an effort lugging suitcases up the hill but it is so worth it!Not the place for those with mobility issues though.House was lovely and had everything we needed and only a few minutes walk into town.Highly recommend!」
