"This was our family’s first stay in Exuma and the location of Coconut Breeze made it easy to explore the island. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was spectacular. It’s a bright, open space. While you are steps from the beach, it can be a bit rocky and splashy to climb over the rocks to get to the sand. We enjoyed most everything the home had to offer! "

"Pictures absolutely reflect the property!! Breathtaking views, pool, hot tub and beach areas for your enjoyment! It is beautiful and has everything you need! Centrally located to everything and so peaceful for the most relaxing vacation. Beds were so comfortable and pillows were perfect. Large monitor and work area for your laptop computer hookup! Vanessa and Cecil were so welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. We had Vanessa grocery shop for us, since we came in on a Sunday. It was perfect! Just bring your bathing suit and cover up and everything else is provided. Kitchen had everything even spices, soaps (shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets), tons of beach towels, outdoor seating, toys, googles, kayaks and grill with gas! You honestly do not need to bring anything but your clothes and sunscreen! In the house they have put together a very nice book of recommendations for things to do and eat. We did not want to leave. House was very clean and well maintained! We are hoping to return soon. "

"Hosts and property manager were responsive and helpful. The house was spectacular. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for our group of 11. Never felt crowded. Private beach had perfect waves for playing in. Large grill and very functional kitchen. Enjoyed the location as it felt close to everything. Could get to either end of the island within 30 minutes. "Location to airport/town were perfect! Beach it’s located on was amazing! House manager was very responsive and helpful! Downsides, cleanliness was great especially in the bathrooms, floors were dirty and showers just didn’t make you feel clean as the bathrooms were dirty. The house is also unfinished lots of missing caulk, closet doors were leaning against the walls and towels for a small family were limited for a 3 night stay. "
