"This is by far the best home we have ever rented. Very clean! The house was very well stocked. Plenty of high quality dishes, pans, storage containers and all kinds of yeti cups to keep our drinks cold! We generally ate breakfast and dinner at the house. With exception of having Heather come and cook us an amazing dinner! She served us and cleaned up. She was amazing! Age range from 17-85. Everyone had plenty of room inside and out. "The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. Island Time - Brand New 4 bedroom Luxury house right on the Beach!

Perfect luxury island experience

"As 4 50 year-old couples, we were blown away the minute we opened the door. The house was immaculately clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the kitchen's organization. Everything is labeled and in great quantities. The layout of the house with all 4 bedrooms in corners, is great. You have a nice big central area and a great outdoor layout. We had so much fun with the pool and then only steps to the ocean. There are also plenty of pool floaties for our favorite time time of day .. floaty time with frosty drinks! . This home lives up to its claim of being luxurious. The velour robes were a big hit. We look forward to being here again!!!"

Amazing stay in Exuma

"Bananakeet Villa is the perfect place to stay on Exuma. Located on a beautiful beach with just enough activity. Sit on the porch and enjoy the view or have fun in the water in a kayak or on paddleboard. It is well stocked with all of the conveniences you need to feel comfortable away from home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, the living area set up well for spending time with your group. We would definitely love to come back."

Memorable 50 anniversary vacation

"The Addison house in Exuma is a piece of heaven on earth. Since we booked Ed made us feel welcomed and responded quickly to all our questions. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and Shane, who welcomed us and gave us an orientation, was very helpful all the time. The view is beautiful and the beach is great for walking. Every one in our family enjoyed every day there and now they all want to go back. Thanks Ed for all your kind attention and care for us. The Addison is now part a treasured memory of our 50 anniversary."

Luxury Private Oceanfront Villa w/ Infinity Pool - Sleeps 6- 12 people

Perfection!

"This house was just perfect for us - 6 adults and 5 kids under 6. The hosts and Angie have thought of everything, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Very responsive to any unforeseen issues. The view is breathtaking, pool crystal clean, and you can snorkel straight into the ocean from the house. We cooked at the house most nights, and kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils etc. A lot of towels and beach items. Multiple AC units and beds were very comfortable. Master suite especially is very lovely as you can take a bath and look out over the ocean. Not enough good things to say about this place. A couple tips: roads are bumpy if you rent a car, so would look at an off road vehicle, though very possible in our rental minivan. Stock up on groceries if planning to cook on your way in from George Town. There are smaller grocery stores close to the house, but if you’re wanting great quality and selection, stop in George Town. Don’t cook outside before dark at least this time of year just like they recommend! Flies come out of no where. Totally fine to cook after dark outside. Also highly recommend having the property manager Angie, a chef as her primary job, come cook for you at the house. Great food and very relaxing!"

Amazing Stay at The Breakwater!

"Wow! The Breakwater house went above and beyond in so many ways. The communication with the host was timely and always helpful. We rented their van to use during our stay and I highly recommend using that service. It was at the airport ready for us and it was a quick drive to the house. When we arrived, it felt like we were the first guests staying in the house! Everything was in such great shape and felt brand new. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into making sure the house is stocked, cleaned, and ready for guests. We had a group of 12 and the house layout was perfect for a large group. All rooms have a bathroom, comfortable beds/bedding, and good air conditioning. The house was so well stocked. They have thought of everything you might need. The owners also provided a great guide with tips, suggestions, and contact information for things to do, places to eat, etc. The pool and beach at the house may have been our favorite part though! We spent so much time outside it was perfect to be out there in the afternoons after a day of exploring the island. The last day we actually decided to stay at the house and enjoy the pool and beach because it was so wonderful. This was our third trip to Exuma and we will definitely stay at The Breakwater again! "

"Amazing home with the perfect location. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The home worked out perfectly for 4 couples. The pool, the beach , the home. Well stocked with everything we needed. Plus 5 minutes from the airport. Well located on the island. You wouldn't even need to leave the house. Although we did.to visit other beaches.
