Mini villa in the south of Corsica, 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people.

The U Re d'Alzetu residence is located 7 km from Porto Vecchio, 1.5 km from shops (butcher, bakery, restaurants, mini-market) and the magnificent beaches of Saint-Cyprien and Cala Rossa, and close to the superb Pinarello beach. You can enjoy a beautiful unheated swimming pool, which is unsupervised but secure (open from April 1 to October 31). Residence with caretaker.
Our mini villa, a 70 m² duplex, can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The living room with equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, and washing machine) opens onto the covered terrace with barbecue. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and its own terrace, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The mezzanine with its sofa bed offers additional sleeping space.
Rental of sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels included in the price.
Two adult bicycles are available to borrow.
