Modern mini villa T3 800 m from the beach - all comforts, air conditioning, terrace

"Tout d'abord très bonne communication avec l’hôte et la personne de la conciergerie, disponible elle a répondu à nos questions avant l'arrivée et durant le séjour. L’appartement est très bien très fonctionnel et très propre. Situé au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée, bénéficiant d’une belle terrasse, à quelques pas de la piscine. La résidence est très calme, la piscine est propre ainsi que tous les extérieurs. L'entretien est fait avec soin. La situation du logement permet d'accéder à la plage moins de 1km, il ne fait pas hésiter à aller visiter les autres plages tout aussi jolies. Quelques balades vers Porto vecchio, bonifacio, une petite rando vers une cascade et la fin du séjour arrive trop vite."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La villa est exactement comme annoncé. Situé dans un endroit très calme. L'orientation du soleil est parfaite. Nous pouvons bien profiter de la terrasse qui n'est pas en plein soleil pour les différents repas. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons."

"Wir haben einige Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht, das sich auf einer Parzelle innerhalb einer geschlossenen Anlage befindet. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings wirkte alles eher steril und wenig einladend – Gemütlichkeit kam bei uns leider nicht auf.Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher enttäuschend: Sie ist deutlich zu klein und bietet kaum Möglichkeiten, um richtig zu kochen – für Selbstversorger eher ungeeignet. Wer sich auf einfache Snacks oder Grillen beschränkt, kommt vielleicht besser zurecht.Positiv hervorzuheben ist der große Barbecue-Grill im Außenbereich, der gut funktioniert und Spaß gemacht hat. Auch der Pool ist schön und bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung an heißen Tagen.Allerdings zeigen Haus und Einrichtung bereits einige Abnutzungserscheinungen, was den insgesamt eher nüchternen Eindruck zusätzlich trübt. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet – insbesondere in Hinblick auf Komfort und Ausstattung."

"We absolutely loved this property. Very modern and clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly, bathrooms were great, separate washer and dryer, which is hard to find anywhere in Europe and a beautiful pool outside the family room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way. Flora in the front office was amazing as well. So sweet and very helpful with all of our questions and/or needs. "
