「First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.」

「Room was clean and just what we needed.
Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour.
We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins.
We used the spa facilities, and these are always great.
The room was comfy and just as we would expect.
It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again.

「オクスフォードの大学とは、少し離れていますが、子連れでプール、サウナ、ジム、付きのホテルは、値段も手頃で非常に良かったです。バス停がホテルの前なので、２０分ほどですが、大学へ通う学生気分になりました。タクシーでも、１０ポンドですが、バスは４、４８ポンド。観光で疲れた脚が、プール、サウナでリフレッシュされ、白鳥のイッパイの裏庭の散歩や、公園でまた違う気分転換ができ、とても充実した３日間でした。」

「We had a nice room. Comfy bed and plenty of choice for breakfast. Welcoming staff and hotel. Treatment from spa and pool and steam room were relaxing. Not far from many places to visit. Went into town too. 」

「Excellent breakfast, comfy bed and a room with a good temperature and impressive house keeping. I had stupidly left 2 spoons in my room that had been cleared away by housekeeping but they managed to locate them next day!! That’s going the extra mile.
The garden wing building isn’t the prettiest but the rooms are refurbed and the grounds of the hotel are nice. Changing rooms are small but for the price it’s a great deal.
