Beautiful Villa

We came to Le Diamand 7 of us with 3 children. The place was perfect for our group, the view is amazing and the pool is perfect for the Children to play while we prepare dinner in the spacious kitchen. Would definitely book this place again on a future trip to Martinique.

Séjour en famille

Super séjour en famille de 9 personnes. Magnifique maison bien équipée, quartier très calme très belle vue. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Odette avec un très bon planteur, merci à elle pour sa disponibilité et ses renseignements. Je recommande ce logement.

Vacances familiales

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour La villa est très bien située pour accéder aux plus belles plages de l'île. Odette nôtre hôte nous a très bien accueilli une femme sympathique et disponible on a meme eu une bouteille de planteur à notre arrivée. Nous etions un groupe de 6 adultes et 4 enfants de 3 a 12ans. La villa est parfaitement équipée pour un séjour en famille la disposition des chambres tout est bien pensé. Seul gros point négatif malheureusement le voisin juste a côté qui a osé se plaindre soi disant du bruit un soir jusqu'à 23h30! Car il nous entendait discuter sur la terrasse et parce que les enfants sont allés dans la piscine le matin!! Et un 2e soir ou on a fêter un anniversaire pareil a minuit 30 après avoir soufflé les bougies il n'y avait aucun bruit. On a vraiment trouvé cela exagerer car je precise nous navons pas fait la fiesta ni même mis de la musique et malgré ça le voisin a osé se plaindre ce qui nous a stressé dès qu 'un enfant ou un adulte rigolait un peu fort... sachant quon se couchait relativement tôt (avec les longues journées d'excursions) c'est vraiment dommage sand cela notre sejour était quasi parfait. La proximité de ce voisin qui tolère zero bruit et fait passer cela pour des nuisances est vraiment déconcertant. En gros aucun bruit avant 10h le matin et aucun bruit le soir après 20h si vous voulez pas avoir de problèmes.

Un superbe acceuil

Nous avons reçu un superbe acceuil dans cette villa spacieuse et bien agencé, les équipements fournis sont de haute qualité notamment le grand réfrigérateur. La piscine est très belle et on a un panorama magnifique sur le bourg du diamant. Par contre attention au bruit pour les voisins.

Great Family Vacation

Stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool and deck were delightful for the kids and adults. There is a nice evening breeze for dinner on the patio. Would absolutely recommend this house for your vacation. Of note: there are three steps to get to the two lower level bedrooms if you have guests with mobility difficulty.

La villa est conforme aux photos, très agréable à vivre. Une superbe vue sur la mer! La cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Seul petit inconvénient : la piscine est très proche de la terrasse et de ce fait cette dernière est souvent mouillée et glissante. Rien de grave mais il faut faire attention. SUPER SEJOUR, je recommande la villa.

Prestation trés agréable

Effectivement j'ai été satisfaite de la prestation à l'exception d'un escalier dans la maison qui n'est pas notifier dans le descriptif de la maison Ayant des enfants en bas âges la chambre des enfants était à l'étage j'ai été un peu surprise à l'arrivée dans la maison en découvrant l'escalier Sinon l'ensemble de la prestation ainsi que le contact avec la propriétaire et la personne déléguée sur place ont été très appréciable Nadine Madalozzo

Une semaine en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette villa Nous étions 11 ,( 3 couples et 5 enfants de 22 mois à 17 ans) Chacun a pu apprécier la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer des Caraïbes , le calme et la très bonne orientation de la terrasse et de la piscine. La villa est spacieuse ,bien conçue et très confortable: grand salon avec cuisine ouverte, 4 chambres très agréables le tout très bien équipé : il n'y a rien à dire . Très bon accueil de la part de Catherine et très bon contact via mail avec la propriétaire. Notre seul regret est la durée de notre séjour, un peu court Je recommande vivement et sans hésitation cette location pour une famille avec enfants .

Perfect beautiful excellent island home

Outstanding home for two couples (and space for four more people, too). Gorgeous view of Diamant rock and bay. Short walk to beach and good restaurant. Quiet neighborhood. Private. Lovely pool. House feels like one is outside even when one is inside. Well-supplied. Beds comfy. AC excellent. We drove around the island and prefer this location above all others. Highly recommend. We would love to return.

Perfect in all ways! Only getting up the hill was a little demanding.

We were happy that bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The living room was perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool was a delight.

Spring Break at Le Diamant

House was perfectly located, perfectly provisioned and perfectly comfortable. Open air with Caribbean breeze. Our host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The beach was beautiful, close and convenient. The town of Le Diamant is charming. We hiked Mt. Pele' and dove the coral reefs off Grande Anse de Arlet which is another charming little town a few kilometers over the hill. One of our best family vacations ever. The kids loved the house and loved the pool. New Cap, the beachside restaurant just down the hill, became our second home. A very popular destination, so make sure you call ahead for reservations.

La maison est tout simplement magique avec un panorama exceptionnel sur le rocher du Diamant! nous avons passé un séjour de rêve avec des amis: la maison est grande et agréable, la cuisine très pratique, les chambre sont même climatisées, et la piscine très très bonne! vivement qu'on y retourne!

Villa GRANDIOSE !!!

Superbe villa avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur la mer et le rocher. Levers de soleil splendides ! Villa tout confort, très bien équipée, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout! Piscine et terrasse agréables. La climatisation dans les chambres apporte vraiment du confort pour les nuits chaudes et fait fuir les moustiques. Très bien accueillis à notre arrivée et personnel disponible pendant notre séjour. Nous espérons revenir très vite !!!

Stunning view! Good kitchen - newly renovated! A few small issues - it was a rainy season and that affected a bit the drainage of the sewage - occasional smell. Pool is not very convenient for small kids(who cannot swim) - there is no shallow area. Parking is tricky for more than one car! Wifi was great! Overall - very good!

Tolle Villa in schöner Lage

Zuerst zur Betreuung, zuständig vor Ort war Catherine Grobelna. Kurzer Anruf am Flughafen und sie erwartete uns pünktlichst am angegeben am Treffpunkt. Tolles Haus mit schönem Blick. Der Pool war größer , als das Bild zeigte. Ausstattung / Einrichtung war bestens. Alles da , was man braucht (Kühlschrank mit Eiscrusher... hier total egal, dort genial!!).Küche war toll. Es ist schön in diesem "offenen" Haus zu leben. Insekten waren überhaupt kein Thema. Die Schlafzimmer waren alle klimatisiert, dichte Fenster. Die Bäder neu und schön. Der Grill peinlichst sauber. Das Haus war in einem supersauberen Zustand übergeben. Frau Grobelna hatte uns auf unseren Wunsch vorher ein Abendessen bei einem Restaurant organisiert, das im Kühlschrank bereit stand. Sie gab uns eine ausführliche Einweisung. Danach sogar noch eine gute Einweisung auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände, Wanderungen und Attraktionen der Insel. Also absolut empfehlenswert. Durch die Lage der Wohnung ist auch der Süden und die Mitte gut entdeckbar. Ein Traum sind die Buchten Anse Noir und daneben der Anse Dufour mit seinen Wasserschildkröten und traumhaften Korallen und Fischen am Rande. An Restaurants war es toll im La Voile Blanche. Kreolisches Essen mit Lounge Feeling. Riesen Mojitos am Donnerstag Abend als Sonderangebot!!!! Supermarkt in Le Diamant 8 à 8 für das Notwendige / leider etwas teuer. Besser in Trois Illets oder Richtung Rivière- Salée. Ein Bäcker kommt fast täglich mit Baguette, Croissants und anderen Sachen etwa um 8:00 Uhr mit dem Auto in die Strasse. Eine Bäckerei gibt es in Anse Cafard nicht aber da man eh ein Auto braucht ist eine nicht weit weg gegenüber der offenen Markthalle am Ortseingang von Diamant. Die Übergabe am Ende war klasse , problemlos und , da wir weiter auf der Insel waren und danach keine Mieter angemeldet waren, sehr flexibel!! Danke an Frau Grobelna!!! 10 von 10 Sternen!! Eigentlich 11 von 10!!!
